They are trying to push SOPA no matter that it is an election year, and I along with thousands of other voters are sick and tired of congress, yet they think they are going to get away with SOPA, let them try, because I guarantee that they will be voted out of office, sell out commies.

UPdate, the latest information is that this bill has in fact been stopped, but in its place, they have come up with yet another innovation for this same issue, SOPA,

Stop Online Piracy, but it fails to perform legally so that the rights of Americans and indeed fair use would be respected, when you lie and cheat in this way you are doing nothing to help your case.

This is the first stage of the endgame to get the law passed. To be honest, I’m surprised they’ve even had to go this far, because from the beginning it looked like they had the easy support. The fact that they felt the need to break out this little stunt shows that the opposition to PROTECT IP has actually drummed up enough noise that some politicians are concerned about the very real unintended consequences of the law.
