The Evil That Men Do,

Is this what we have to look forward to a complete, destruction of the human existence, all for what the sake of a few bucks? How Sick can you get...

Creating the most difficult situations in life is really not that hard, but when you have the responsibility to develop a real world solution and you have the money to do that you cannot turn your back on the truth.

Is Google a Monopoly?

Has it done Evil?

Has Google betrayed

the very users it once

loved?

Legal help when you need it most

legal insanity

AARP

executive orders, constitutional

Is it constitutional to force people to be insured for birth control?

Is it something that might be considered an attempt to exterminate a race?

It is legal at all?

The answer is no it is not legal, but some people are very happy that apparently the White House is unable to read the constitution or understand its contents.

In an election year, you might wonder just what were they thinking…

Who knows for sure one thing remains clear, Freedom and choice of religion, is something that cannot be overturned by a fiat…

some people think that this is just what the republicans need to win the election, the White House, and the Senate plus the House, there is a point at which a man must vote and this is that time.

Google adsense lawsuits?

Is google about to make a huge mistake?

Over the last few months Google has been quietly and allegedly terminating accounts, suspending ad words accounts, and doing so in a way that might actually be illegal?

Who would do something like that more so if your a company that says do no evil?

One thing may be about to change and it is something that you should be very aware about.

In so many ways, big corporate business is strangling the life out of the internet.

They are forcefully creating a situation where only large companies with more money to spend on advertising can be successful.

This is wrong…

When only large corporations are afforded the ability to advertise and the regular public as well as small business (mom and pop) business are excluded this is wrong.

In so many ways, allegedly google has done more evil than anyone even realizes, (allegedly)

SOPA lies and internet regulation

When you think about SOPA you first think hey lets stop all these pirates online right but in reality it will not stop anything at all what it will do is allow corporations to shift the burden of proof from the plaintiff to a defendant, and it will create more problems for an already over burdened, legal system.

The truth is that we cannot afford this kind of stupidity in congress and this is the number one reason why you should vote these crooks in congress out of office.

learn more about what you should avoid in legal bills in congress.

Sign the petition to stop this attempt at massive corporations to ruin the internet for everyone.

Sopa is a lie from the pits of hell…

It is Evil and must be removed in all its forms.

We cannot allow congress to pretend to pass laws that are in the interest of corporations but pretend to be in the interest of the people.

We know its a lie, they know its a lie, they are sorry, but not for the right reasons, they are sorry that they got caught not giving a damn.

Fox new not being fair and ballanced

Should the media be fair or protected at all, because times have changed the media may no longer be what they used to be…

Is fox news being fair and balanced, in its coverage of the Casey Anthony trial?

Can anyone get a fair trial at all when the news media is only allegedly covering one side of the news story?

Is it possible that we may no longer need the justice system, since it appears that allegedly when in the state of Florida if the state does not have enough evidence to convict someone they allegedly leak details of the case to the media, they allegedly allow TV cameras in a death case, they allegedly allow all kinds of evidence in trials when it has not been done in cases like this in the past, did the state of Florida step over a line?

is this man really telling the truth or is he an alleged liar?

Why did this guy attempt suicide,

protecting the consitution

Will Americans stand up for the constitution or will they fall?

In some ways we are watching a challenging of our constitution, by the far left, the idea that states do not have the right to protect its citizens, is absurd, however that would seem to be what we are watching in both Alabama and Arizona, Amazing stuff.

The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution’s principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states by the Constitution are reserved, respectively, to the states or the people.

The argument of the left, is that you don’t have the right to ask for identification if you suspect that someone is in your state illegally, however, we have to have a birth certificate if we want to do anything in this nation.

It is like the camel and the eye of the needle analogy, the liberals seem to think that the constitution does not apply to them because they are so smart.

what is good for the goose is good for the gander

Amazing Washington seems to have forgotton where they came from

Italy not safe for Americans?

Is it true, might you find yourself accused of a crime you did not commit and serving time in jail just because your an American?

is it fair, to say that Italy is not friendly to American Tourists?

Perhaps it is fair to say that because allegedly, if the state department cannot protect Americans then perhaps they should issue a traveler warning to avoid traveling to Italy because you might find your self a victim of a corrupt legal system.

It is really a problem and in fact they are even trying to find a way to file charges again and again, pursuing this young woman of whom she would be the third person to be convicted of murder of the same one woman.

It is bad, but the problem, is still there, Italy may no longer be a place where Americans want to travel to.

Beware, of Italy…

occupy wallstreet

There are some very interesting things about these “so called protests”

some of which is certainly political in nature.

However, what seems really interesting is that you have a park in new york that is owned by a private citizen, and it has been unlawfully occupied by what can only be described as ruffians that are somewhat short of humanity.

Warning this picture could be offensive to some Americans.

thugs, drug dealers, union leaders, equals what exactly?

occupy nothing

The liberals were stupid enough to try and compare this to the tea party?

Are they really that stupid?

To look at this kind of ignorance, and know the truth all you have to do is know this one thing.

The Tea party political movement, actually went back to work after they gathered to protest spending and an out of control government.

Still the gravy train is about to stop on this issue as the city of new york has finally had enough, some worry about what might happen, other worry about riots, but the truth is that it is time to put an end to this.

charges dropped

Well this is an interesting thing here and it is one that the media has not covered, (nothing unusual about that) however it is interesting to look at why they say that they dropped the charges, they allegedly said, (we do not believe the story of the accuser) so how can we expect a jury to believe her story, so are we expected to now believe that if the DA believes that someone is guilty regardless of any evidence or lack thereof, that they will continue to pursue a conviction?

Think about that for a moment.

Since when did the US justice system become a matter of beliefs regardless of evidence?

That really makes you think about the problems faced by the US system of justice it is really broken so badly that we have a district attorney that now has an opinion about beliefs?

Obviously something happened, and while it is within the discretion of the district attorney to proceed or not to proceed, how often do they proceed, when they believe that someone is guilty when they are actually innocent.

That is something that is a serious problem.

legal issues

There are many legal problems that we see every day in America, a land where we have numerous military operations around the world yet we cannot find the time or the men to keep Americans living on the borders of the US safe at night.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A federal judge temporarily blocked enforcement of Alabama’s new law cracking down on illegal immigration, ruling Monday that she needed more time to decide whether the law opposed by the Obama administration, church leaders and immigrant-rights groups is constitutional.

The brief order by U.S. District Judge Sharon L. Blackburn means the law won’t take effect as scheduled on Thursday. The ruling was cheered by opponents who have compared the law to old Jim Crow-era statutes against racial integration.

Is this judge a Racist?

Is it possible that this judge has violated the oath of office?

Is this judge fit to be on the bench at all?

Should this judge be disbarred?

Blackburn didn’t address whether the law is constitutional, and she could still let all or parts of the law take effect later. The judge said she will issue a longer ruling by Sept. 28.

Instead, she said she needs more time to consider lawsuits filed by the Justice Department, private groups and individuals that claim the state is overstepping its bounds with the law.

So what is going on in Birmingham Alabama?
How can one woman, who is obviously biased in favor of the liberal point of view here step into this situation where the will of the people will not be done because one woman decides that there is an issue or is there an issue at all?
That is something that is interesting to look at because when you think about it, you have to wonder what she was thinking at all, the Tenth Amendment is clear, it has been adjudicated, many times in the past and the courts have all ruled, including the supreme court, so again what can this woman hope to do that 200 years of law has already developed and proven?
That is what you see when you fall victim to the ignorance of some that would be a dictator to all man kind.
