Where do we draw the line between what is considered socially acceptable and what is considered in poor taste and when does it become a matter for criminal prosecution?

When emotional issues or perhaps allegedly even bipolar issues keep a man from doing his or her job should they not get some help, this kind of thing is just not what the people expect from its leadership.

When you look at this kind of behavior, you have to wonder about the kind of alleged, idiots, that are getting elected.

When will we learn…

Will we change or will we make the right decisions in the future.

Political supreme court, is this the best that we can hope for and if it is, bring back the clowns please, we need some real people sitting on the benches.

Are we headed down the wrong path to freedom or are we loosing all our freedom for the satisfaction of the few?

Supreme madness or Supreme court, which is it and has it all changed, will our court system revert to the legal standard that they should be operating on or will they continue down the path to superficial partisanship.

Will the upcoming session of the Supreme court be fair to the American People?

Some wonder about how fair and impartial a person can be that perhaps may be easily influenced because of potential and alleged bias.

In a report on Fox news one of the reporters, (talking heads) made the statement that one of the members of the Supreme court might recuse them selves, creating a disparity on the court.

This is a problem because if a jurist is not fit for duty, they should resign, not recuse, there is no redress in matters like this, for the people, if a member of the supreme court cannot do the duty for which they have been appointed they should resign and step down.

Simply because to do otherwise is a contrary situation, you must be fit for duty in order to fulfill your duties, this is the highest court in the land, if you cannot do your duty you should step down.

This is the problem when people may not be qualified to serve on the supreme court, an issue that has to date never been a great issue, however, looking at this case, it might be somewhat of a difficulty.

Lowes has been in the news over the last few months concerning alleged sheet rock claims where a judge in Georgia has allegedly agreed to allow a settlement of what amounts to gift cards, (think about how the indians were duped into trading gold for glass jewelry) it is really interesting to learn about this not only because of the problems that it might cause, in the long term concerning allegedly contaminated, dry wall board that could cause numerous health problems.

Reports online range from rotten egg smell to damage to electric circuits.

Additionally there are reports of sinus issues, damage to appliances, and long term issues that might effect the home owner.

This is a horrible and allegedly terrible situation where a judge may sentence millions of Americans to unknown health concerns for the foreseeable future.

What is wrong with people that do this kind of thing, this could be an alleged Ethics case if there are certain income investigations that might reveal certain alleged payments in the form of benefits and or other relatives of a certain alleged judge, could just be a good book by John Grisham, but what if there were some fact for this book.

The thing here is this, it would seem to be an easy thing to prove that there was contaminated sheetrock or not, how hard is that a chemical test might cost about 27 bucks, but they are handing out $50.00 cards to anyone and everyone, why is that?

Why is the legal team awarded 2.1 million dollars and the plaintiffs only 6.5 allegedly, could there be cancer at the heart of this might some other victims have had complications with respiratory illness?

Are the unions corrupt?  or is it all just a conspiracy?

One of the things that seems to be of serious interest is that many Americans are having to cut back, you know not eating out as much, perhaps not going on vacation, this year, since well money is just not what it used to be, but is it accurate to say that unions are evil?

Americans are in more debt than ever before, and the banks are going to new extremes to squeeze us for every last penny: If you can’t pay up, they’ll try to get you locked up.

The Wall Street Journal has been investigating the disturbing resurgence of debtors’ prisons throughout America — here’s one especially infuriating example of what the banks are up to: AIG got a $122.8 billion bailout from taxpayers — that’s $4,000 per American. Jeffrey Stearns happened to owe AIG $4,000 on a loan for his pickup truck. How’d the mega-corporation handle his debt? Did they forgive him because of the public’s recent largess? No way: They had him arrested in front of his family.

After being handcuffed in front of his four children, Mr. Stearns, 29 years old, spent two nights in jail, where he said he was strip-searched and sprayed for lice. “I didn’t even know I was being sued….It’s the scariest thing that ever happened to me.”

The Wall Street Journal’s data reveals that across the country, banks are having tens of thousands of Americans arrested over their debts. What happened to Stearns could happen to almost anybody. Some state legislators are moving to outlaw the practice. Will you urge your lawmakers to join them?

While Washington is busy arguing loudly and slowly about government shutdowns, Obama and his allies in both parties are being awfully quick and quiet about their plan to take away our Constitutional property rights and bail out their multinational corporate friends with trillions of dollars in new wealth transfers. The Orwellian name of this destructive legislation is the “America Invents Act” (H.R. 1249). We call it “ObamaPatent.” It’s unconstitutional; it will harm small business and innovation; and it will destroy jobs.

This is the most harmful and radical bill that the senate has ever tried to pull on the American people.

It is Evil and it must be defeated, we are not Europe, We are Americans, Shame on those senators that signed their names to this disgusting, American way of life killing bill.

This European style law is not constitutional and must be defeated if you like the idea that Thomas Edison was a great American inventor then you must help defeat this bill because had this been the law back then Thomas Edison would not have been able to have protected his inventions.

Why do so many people keep chasing the dream.

I know everyone wants the free lunch and why not, it is a concept that is not new in fact it has its roots, as far back as the 1850s Wild West Saloon’s as an advertisement to bring in more drinking customers, many saloons offered free lunch as long as you purchased and consumed alcohol at the bar.

Naturally this was not looked on favorably by the temperance society, an organization formed to reduce the use and consumption of alcoholic beverages, it was widely accepted that the cost of the lunch was actually being paid for in the cost of the drinks that the customers were required to purchase.

Hence the term, there is not such thing as a free lunch.

Advertising is something that has been going on for a long time and the different types of advertising are not likely to change anytime soon, however, due to many of the regulations and rules that effect how people advertise, that may soon be changing.

There will always be people who are looking for a short cut, a quick path to get what they want.

When the truth is often right in front of them, yet they do not see because it seems out of reach from the current perspective they have.

Life is full of changes, every day is different, yet many people have a difficult time visualizing how something as simple as perspective can change in as little as 24 hours.

It is because of this tendency to jump from one thing to another, that many people find they have a hard time succeeding online.

When if they would just put a little more effort into what they are doing the perspective would change.

People spend a lot of time running around on the internet looking for that really great thing, that really unbelievable opportunity that just seems too good to be true, they are out there by the millions looking for a free lunch.

There is no free lunch, and deep in their hearts they know it, yet that does not stop them from jumping from internet promise of wealth and riches, to the next great thing to come along, in reality nothing is different, some programs may offer a little different spin on an old thing or some polish on an advertising program, but in the end you are the one paying for the advertising.

Sometimes you have to sort of take a step back and look at the big picture, it is not easy to do for some people can not easily or willingly change the perspective they have in life.

Folks it is amazing that in this day and age we still have judges that should allegedly be crawling under a rock somewhere, or retiring, since apparently they do not under stand the law.

Judge order former NFL player to surrender championship ring to pay off debts owed by his Ex-wife’s attorneys, in a divorce case, (allegedly) this my friends is just amazing, and to top that off, the judge has further threatened that if the player does not turn over his personal property to help pay debt created and generated, (allegedly owed by his ex wife,) that the judge will put the man in jail.

So what is the deal here, I mean lets get right down to brass tacks, here, we have a man who achieved a life time thing, once in a life time does a man have the opportunity to do as this may did in athleticism, out of the hundreds of men and woman who compete in sports only a few ever make it in professional sports, yet we have a judge that is willing to take this away from this man based on what? The need to pay attorneys? Fees, from a divorce case?

This is just crazy, since when do we threaten people with jail over a debt in a divorce case?

I know I know there are always two sides to every story but all in all the guy married a girl, later the girl allegedly took every thing the guy once owned, allegedly even his house, now when he has little or nothing left, they go after the one thing that he has left, his life time accomplishment, then the judge improperly threatens to jail the man because of a debt, (allegedly)

That is the same as a debtors prison, who says, that medieval laws are not still practiced here in the US, it is amazing that we see so many strange and crazy stuff these days, you just have to ask whats next, will a man have to give up his life for a divorce?
