Should lohan judge recuse himself?
Mar 14th, 2011 by lawsuit

Update, You know this was from the beginning off kilter, with references to advance sentencing, with no due process, this was bound to derail, but what will happen next and is this a trend that you want to start seeing in prosecution cases?

After watching a video it appeared that the judge could have allegedly violated the defendants right to a fair trial by allegedly making public statements that may have been viewed by the media as an unfair disposition of the facts in the case as well the judge seems to have forgotten decorum, in making this public statement.

The judge also made reference to the defendant as if that defendant was not capable of understanding English which is troublesome.

The problem here is that for the most part Lindsay Lohan who has been a media sensation has been punished far in excess of what other people who were not famous have been treated both by the law and by those involved in her cases.

It is interesting to see how she is treated more so when you look at how other people are treated in the same or similar conditions.

I have seen people who already have been convicted of a felony who got bail at 500 USD, Lindsay got 40,000.00 bail

The people seem to be gung ho, for Lindsay and while you may think that she deserves to be punished, we think that she should not be punished any differently than any other person who has violated probation in the past.

It is a scary thing that you see people who are treated differently because of their status, which is interesting because you usually see these people being punished less, more so males if you consider Charlie Sheen and his drug possessions, (allegedly) then you have to ask why are they treating Lohan differently because she is a female?

When will the law actually be enforced in La La land?

Why are they so odd in the way they behave, releasing a rapist, and pursuing a non violent celebrity.

The world may never know, one thing for sure, it makes you think that perhaps California may not be the best place to move if you want to be treated fairly.
