The Evil That Men Do,

Is this what we have to look forward to a complete, destruction of the human existence, all for what the sake of a few bucks? How Sick can you get...

Creating the most difficult situations in life is really not that hard, but when you have the responsibility to develop a real world solution and you have the money to do that you cannot turn your back on the truth.

Is Google a Monopoly?

Has it done Evil?

Has Google betrayed

the very users it once

loved?

Legal help when you need it most

legal insanity

charlie sheen

fox news lies by omission

Is it constitutional to force people to be insured for birth control?

Is it something that might be considered an attempt to exterminate a race?

It is legal at all?

The answer is no it is not legal, but some people are very happy that apparently the White House is unable to read the constitution or understand its contents.

In an election year, you might wonder just what were they thinking…

Who knows for sure one thing remains clear, Freedom and choice of religion, is something that cannot be overturned by a fiat…

some people think that this is just what the republicans need to win the election, the White House, and the Senate plus the House, there is a point at which a man must vote and this is that time.

Death Penalty

It has long been a controversial punishment and in the past it has been used on those that were actually innocent of the crime they were accused of doing. The problem with the death penalty is that unless there is eye witness or evidence beyond a doubt, (which has been said before) this level of punishment when the accused may be innocent of the charges is really extreme.

Where does it stop, this mob mentality that the media has for blood and gore.

I would ask about the sanity of these people that we trust for our news, but that might be asking too much even bill orielly comes across as a little twisted sometimes.

This fascination with death and the very likely accidental death of a child is a horrible thing beyond belief.

There is no evidence that the death of Caylee Anthony was anything but an accident.

Was the mother ignorant and stupid, yes, certainly but a planned murder, no that is just not possible in this case.

Even if it were possible, in this country you must have evidence to prove your allegations, otherwise your just using the power of the state to push an emotional agenda, What kind of mentality does it take to be able to push this type of life or death issue to the supreme court when there is no evidence that this child was murdered, in fact they have no evidence that suggests the child was murdered at all.

Everything about their case is circumstantial, from friends and ex boy friends coming in and testifying about partying and such that is not evidence that is hear say, but apparently if your living in Florida that is good enough.

I know one state I will not be retiring to and that is Florida, when the state cannot bring proper charges to support the evidence of a case then this is a real problem, for example here are some of the charges levied against this defendant.

capital murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and misleading law enforcement in the case of the death of her daughter, Caylee.

The prosecution is seeking the death penalty.

The have no proof, they have no evidence, they have nothing that suggests anything other than accidental death, and misleading law enforcement, but when someone is trying to kill you what would anyone do, this is why it is so important for the State to file charges only for what they can prove not what they can allege, by hearsay.

Again travel in Florida at your own risk you might end up J walking and being charged with murder.

Charlie Sheen

This story has really had some twists and turns and perhaps it is really as bad as they have been saying that it is or perhaps, as others are saying that this is a skilled actor that was simply tired of working on the set of a (sit com) but how do you get out of a contract that you are sick of but the money is still good?

Well for one thing you go crazy…

Does the media have this story correct?

Is charlie sheen really mad?

In many ways it really appears that allegedly at least there are some serious problems happening in the life of charlie sheen, however, all my not be as it appears, and one thing for sure if it is as bad as it looks like it is, hopefully the guy will get some help but this sort of brings up an issue that would seem to be a big problem for many people all over the US and the world for that matter.

Could we be watching the beginning of what could one day be a society where we watch people on TV commit suicide?

Slowly draining their lives out on national TV?

As crazy as it might sound, Pay per view events where a disturbed man or woman would take their own life while the world pays to watch it?

Is there not someone that can create a stable influence?

Wisconsin Voter Fraud case?

How can we expect others to follow our example when we have so much corruption in our own voting system?

In a time where there are people who are living under bridges because they cannot find a job or they are homeless because they have lost everything, we have this kind of thing going on.

Why is this happening and is this the hope and change that you voted for?

What do you think will happen when people start to get hungry?

More unconstitutional bills

When will these Flea Bags learn that America is unique?

America is a nation that has overcome great challenges in the past.

Yes we have liberals in the Senate that try to pattern our way of life after the failed European style government that is a proven failure.

H.R. 1249 is a bill that is unconstitutional.

source,
Fellow Citizen,

While Washington is busy arguing loudly and slowly about government shutdowns, Obama and his allies in both parties are being awfully quick and quiet about their plan to take away our Constitutional property rights and bail out their multinational corporate friends with trillions of dollars in new wealth transfers. The Orwellian name of this destructive legislation is the “America Invents Act” (H.R. 1249). We call it “ObamaPatent.” It’s unconstitutional; it will harm small business and innovation; and it will destroy jobs.

This is the most harmful and radical bill that the senate has ever tried to pull on the American people.

It is Evil and it must be defeated, we are not Europe, We are Americans, Shame on those senators that signed their names to this disgusting, American way of life killing bill.

This European style law is not constitutional and must be defeated if you like the idea that Thomas Edison was a great American inventor then you must help defeat this bill because had this been the law back then Thomas Edison would not have been able to have protected his inventions.

Simply put this would suppress and oppress the people of the united states in favor of only large corporations.

First to file means that if Joe the plumber invents a great plumbing tool, and AMCE, (made up name) files for a patent for a tool that is like Joes tool then ACME will be the patent holder, if this bill passes Billions of dollars in damages will occur, and the legal system will not even be able to do anything about it because it allegedly prevents lawsuits.

You know what this is horrible, I cannot understand what is going on in the senate are all those old farts senile?

Are they Stupid?

Are they so ignorant that they cannot understand that this is not Europe and that we do not want to follow in the failed Socialism of Europe.

There’s no time to lose. Join me today and help stop H.R. 1249 ObamaPatent:

Email me at defendmyrights@americasjobcreators.com. Put “Yes, I want to help stop ObamaPatent” in the subject line. I will follow up with you directly to coordinate our strategy.

The next day that Congress is open for business, call your Representative. Dial the U.S. House switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask for your Representative by name. Once you are connected to the office, ask for the staff member who handles patents. Tell him/her that H.R. 1249 America Invents Act is unconstitutional because it changes the patent system established in Article I Section 8 Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. Tell them to keep America’s Constitutional First-To-Invent patent system. Tell them you will be watching their vote on H.R. 1249, the America Invents Act. Tell them it’s time to stand up for the Constitution and for the creation of jobs we so desperately need.
