Legal help when you need it most

legal insanity

FTC guides and Taco Bell?

Is it constitutional to force people to be insured for birth control?

Is it something that might be considered an attempt to exterminate a race?

It is legal at all?

The answer is no it is not legal, but some people are very happy that apparently the White House is unable to read the constitution or understand its contents.

In an election year, you might wonder just what were they thinking…

Who knows for sure one thing remains clear, Freedom and choice of religion, is something that cannot be overturned by a fiat…

some people think that this is just what the republicans need to win the election, the White House, and the Senate plus the House, there is a point at which a man must vote and this is that time.

Credit card rates go up and up and up

Have you noticed that credit card rates keep going up, I know one thing, people that have 30 years of perfect credit a perfect credit score are getting rates increased on their credit cards.   What are we doing, paying off the balance and terminating the card agreement with extreme prejudice, because we do not need those greedy Jack leg brokers of the devil.

These people that get money at .089 percent and load it out at 30 percent that is gouging and it is wrong.

Free Speech or indoctrination?

Will Lawsuits be filled against the school district that allegedly attempted to indoctrinate children.

Are we in america or are we somewhere else. what is happening to america?

If you have a child that was involved or is involved in the symbiotic political indoctrination, Do the world a favor,

Call a lawyer and sue the school board and the school district and sue the individual school teachers that are doing this.

Call an attorney because if you do not, you will end up with a child that will someday choose anything but you as the base of their loyalty.

Think about that for a second…

Do you see how we need to peacefully challenge this garbage that schools are trying to do to our children.

Credit card law

New Credit card rules, will they help or hurt?

Recently the president signed into law a whole new set of rules for credit card companies, many are saying that it is very unfair to those people who have good credit, however, it seems only logical that the credit system is basically broken as it is and this new law does nothing to help.

The new credit laws, do not really do much to help the consumer as it allow the credit card companies to penalize those people who pay their bills on time.

The problem here is that people that have credit cards and dont really need them will not pay for service fees and extra fees.

They will just terminate them with prejudice.

It is the old adage, those who need credit, cant get credit and those that dont need credit can get all they want and more.

Does this make any sense at all?

No, actually it does not make any sense at all, however these companies will do just that, they will start out sending out increases in fees annual fees and more.

Which will result in consumers just canceling the card and paying in cash.

After all they dont need the credit, it is just those people that need credit that will pay the fees, so how is this going to help the market?

The answer is that it will not help the market at all.

It is just another law that is not needed and will cause problems down the road.

Just wait and see…
