What ever happened to the Caylee Anthony care.
With all the recent amber alerts, over the last few months including the controversial Caylee, anthony case, where the state of florida charged and maintains that the mother was allegedly guilty of a crime, it appears they have allegedly no proof at all except for some vague circumstantial evidence, and the fact that the mother was an alleged drug addict and probably allegedly stupid to boot, yet, they had no real smoking gun so to speak.
Problems with the case continue to mount with the disappearance, of more children in florida suggestive that there in fact may be another suspect at large, and very active in abducting children.
If this is true then there is a real problem with the florida prosecution of the mother.
Will the state pay a price for alleged over zealous prosecution? We may not know for some time, but it appears that there are many problems with this case and it is particularly alarming that the state continues to pursue an alleged death sentence for the mother in order to force an alleged plea.
This type of behavior is not good for the criminal justice system as a whole and must be discouraged at all costs.
These days, we have to wonder with the news coverage the way it is, 24 hours of coverage, same story repeated over and over again, over and over, same thing, It makes you want to turn the TV off and just do something else.
In the balloon boy case, we saw that sometimes the media is actually pulling the strings.
Now that sounds like insanity, right and it is.
Just like in the case where the media influences the outcome of an election or in the case where the media influences only for one side or the other, it can be wrong, however, when you have more than one side in any given situation then you have to realize that the media should in fact be subject to some regulation.
However, that being said, we need the media to report the truth even if sometimes they get it wrong.
Because if not for the media would we not be subject to the tyranny of small men?
We may not always agree with the way the media reports, some for liberals some for conservative but we need them and if we do not watch very carefully and defend the constitution of the United States of America then eventually we will be lost in a country that belongs to everyone but us.
some people think this is real, others say it is just crazy, but for sure if there a real problem on the horizon would you be prepared? would you have the supplies to feed your family?

Some wonder, if that is something that can be done or if it is something that has to be done.
Police should do everything to resolve a situation before force is needed, it is a hard job and for the most part most people can not do this job, yet it is a job that is so political that many police officers are finding it almost impossible to do in the right way.
It is truly a catch 22 situation, if you do or if you dont you still have the same problems.
Police see the very worst of humanity on a daily basis, every day every month every year, they see the worst of us, often they do not have friends outside the police community, very often they do not even trust anyone outside the community.
In some cases they do not even trust many that are in the community, this creates a real problem for these lets say it, heros, because you have to be one to do this job for long.
So, is there not something that can be done to help these people because they are human too but they have to deal with the worst of what it means to be human, so as a consequence of that inconvenient truth, they very often react first then think later because that could be the difference between life and death, this kind of situation leads to danger for the public, more so if the officer is tired.
So again, what can be done, and what should be done, in the last few weeks, stats came out that suggest that there is an increase in officer suicide, even more problematic is that in some cases, assisted suicide could be taking place and that is something that needs to be handled.
However the problem is that for most officers, visiting a shrink goes on your record and that is also something you do not want, which leads to more officers needing some form of help, even if it is just someone to talk to without fear of that private conversation going public.
Which leads you back to the catch 22 situation all over again.
One thing remains clear, these men and women need not only help but they need understanding, because without them we are all in trouble.
Will Lawsuits be filled against the school district that allegedly attempted to indoctrinate children.
Are we in america or are we somewhere else. what is happening to america?

Call a lawyer and sue the school board and the school district and sue the individual school teachers that are doing this.
Call an attorney because if you do not, you will end up with a child that will someday choose anything but you as the base of their loyalty.

Do you see how we need to peacefully challenge this garbage that schools are trying to do to our children.
Is it right, we have to ask did walmart have the duty to report what they thought was a problem with a private photograph?
Some say yes, others say no, but regardless of what happens, in this case, the justice system seems to have failed.
Or is this a problem with Walmart, should they have been able to have judged that the photos, reportedly only 4 or so photos out of over 100, were questionable, was that a percentage that could have resulted in some type of better decision?
Obviously the problem exists because of a lack of training and a lack of the ability to know what the right thing to do was.
The main question is did walmart have the duty to report this?
If there was abuse and walmart did nothing, would they even face more problems?
Hindsight is always 20/20 however in this situation it seems that walmart should have gained some perspective by moving up the chain of management until some legal opinion could have been obtained, obviously that will take place now.
As well the cost will be a lot more now than it would have been then, yet, it appears that they did not do everything they could have done to make sure they were doing the right thing legally.
No matter what happens the next time I suspect that a legal opinion will be obtained.
