This is just getting out of control what is going on in America.
Are we going to find our way out of this insanity and if so will the police be a help or a hurt.
Murder and Homicide, charges, what is going on now?
So is it fair?
Can there be a fair trial when you see websites like this one that are so convinced of what they “think” is the truth, the truth may be very different, the truth may not be known by even fox news, as good as they “think” that they are, they may be wrong, in fact the US justice system has been wrong in the past.
Can this girl get a fair trial at all?
When you have the media convinced of her guilt, most all of the bobble heads at fox news, and likely other news companies also, have said time and time again by action and by inference, that there are some issues that have not been addressed, do we not have a real working system of justice here?
Earlier we were witness, to a fox news commentator, that made a statement, about how they felt that the defense was trying to show a likely result.
There was no real fair and balanced view presented.
In fact there was only one view presented, that was the “we think that she is guilty view point”
When you look at the thought process, involved here you have to think about one thing and one thing alone, is this fair and is this balanced.
When you hear someone make a statement on national TV about how they think that the defense is trying to show reasonable doubt, and that there is no real reasonable doubt, (allegedly) they fail to make that correct impression, by only presented one point of view, it is not a fair thing to do, what if they are wrong, will they come out and apologize that they made allegedly stupid statements?
For example Phil Keating, talks about about what they “think” the defense is trying to do but he only makes one statement, that statement, is filled with invective, that calls for the conclusion of an alleged, verdict of guilty.
Just now on live TV, the bobble head, made the statement, of what the defense “hopes” to prove, this could be made differently you could say the defense may be trying to show that the use of a particular method of disposing of the body of a pet, might be something to consider in this case.
But they did not say that, they seem to be stuck using words that presume the idea of guilt.
You can use words to influence the thinking of anyone, for example while writing this article, I could use many different points or words to make a point, however, I choose to try to show a counter point, that is not happening on Fox news, the (Fair and balanced news company)
Is this fair and balanced coverage or is it just one sided?
With the latest press about the constitutional or unconstitutional health care reform still on the chopping block one might consider if they are actually getting a decent value from their existing health care plan.
With so many plans and how it appears they go out of their way to make is confusing you just have to wonder, can we not have some protection from insurance companies that cannot seem to provide a better and more user friendly customer experience.
We have seen many new health care rules and regulations, but interestingly enough there seems to be little that actually helps the consumer, the customer and the patient get better care.
This is not only disturbing but it is and should be a crime.
In many ways, the idea that a kingdom divided against it self cannot stand is an accurate description.
So what is going on here, we have Washington that is fighting its own people by attempting to force them to do something they do not want to do, sure its for their own good, but where does it stop.
I want to know, where do you draw the line.
What about sugar, there are millions of diabetics, that are not allowed to have sugar but they do it anyway and sometimes they end up in the hospital, you know that costs a lot of money so since there are millions of people out there that do not know they are diabetic, then why not force the people to stop drinking soft drinks with sugar in them this way we can make sure that no one ever get sick and goes to the hospital ever again.
What about forcing them to stop reading a certain book?
What about offending someone, it might be a hate crime, lets just make it illegal to offend anyone.
What about, home owners insurance.
You know that they can force you to have car insurance now, and there are so many fires in a year where they either did not have insurance or they got behind on the payments, why not force them.
Kind of sounds like rape does it not?
That is what this is, forcing a people to do something that is against their will is not constitutional.
So we have now bi-partisan law, where one judge rules one way, and yet another judge rules still another way, based on how they feel.
Is that the law you studied?
Is that the hope and change you voted for?
I want to know because, if you voted to loose your freedom to choose then sadly someday someone will come along and remove your freedom to vote, want to guess what your life will be like then?
I am ashamed of Washington DC, and Congress, we do not live in a country where people are forced to do anything because a third party or special interest believes it is in their best interest.
America is not a country where its people will be forced to do things against their will.
Yet, we have Washington right now, they are appealing, a decision that is 100 percent correct, in the constitution, you cannot force a people who are free to buy insurance from specially designed “exchanges” that are run by special interests, such as some unions, this is not constitutional.
Health care is reform is one thing but this is just thinly disguised graft and corruption run by unions.
It is wrong and the people do not want it.

Will the Attorney General from the State of Tennessee do the right thing and investigate this incident?
A fire department allegedly refused to help put out a fire that eventually burned down an entire home.
People are disturbed today hearing about this story, and they should be it was reported that this family called 911 4 times, asking for help, with a fire that started in the back yard of their home.
It could have been stopped easily, yet, the fire department refused to attack the fire.
The refused to do anything but watch it burn down the family home of one of their neighbors.
The family owed the city a $75.00 fee for fire fighting, you know what this is evil and someone should put an end to this kind of stuff before someone really gets hurt or the state has to file a murder charge.
Is this America? or are we in some other place because, I was raised better than to just watch a fire burn down a neighbors home, you know this is one of the most disturbing stories I have heard in a long time.
Why is this alleged, city so cruel in its decision to let this families home burn down?
As some have reported, the city has allegedly received, federal funds from the government and state to help fight fires,
Yet they failed to act in the public’s best interest, is it time for the AG for the state of Tennessee to step in.
This is just amazing, I hope someone files a lawsuit because this is just not the American way of living life.
You know it is a shame on the people of Tennessee that this was allowed to happen.
This practice should be criminal, any decent fire man would have attacked this fire because it is the enemy of any man or woman who calls themselves a fire fighter, otherwise they are nothing, they are less than men if they do this thing.
Fire, in Tennessee, well perhaps you have heard the news about the family that failed to pay a $75.00 fee for fire services, of a city in OBION COUNTY, Tenn, over a two hour period of time, this family offered to pay the $75.00 fee plus any fine that they had to pay up to several hundred dollars so they could obtain fire services.
This did not have to happen, but the city choose to do it, they choose to make it happen, they could have put the fire out at any time, but they did not, that is willful, it is not the same as failing to pay a fee as some low life people have suggested that they got what they deserved for not paying.
That is just crazy and mean.
It fell on Deaf ears, Amazing, folks, I sure hope that someone would do the right thing here and what ever serves for an Attorney General could bring charges against the Mayor, the city council, the fire fighters, for failing to do what they could have done to save this families, home.
They could have done the right thing here but they failed.
So what up in Tennessee, is that why their football team is just not getting the job done, they show up but not to play football?
You know its easier to tell a joke, than to cry, but in this case, that mayor, needs to go, and anyone else that made that decision to watch a home burn down, it is sad when we as a nation have come to such a low end.
Is this what Tennessee is all about, the Volunteer state? Really…
Now I just wonder how many people would want to live in or near this town in Tennessee?
I know I wont and I can tell you what else, I wont live in an area that does not act to help and protect its neighbors, because the next time this fire department has a fund raising how much money do you think they will raise, not much, simply because they are alleged, cowards and are not worthy to be called a fire fighter.
Some wonder, if that is something that can be done or if it is something that has to be done.
Police should do everything to resolve a situation before force is needed, it is a hard job and for the most part most people can not do this job, yet it is a job that is so political that many police officers are finding it almost impossible to do in the right way.
It is truly a catch 22 situation, if you do or if you dont you still have the same problems.
Police see the very worst of humanity on a daily basis, every day every month every year, they see the worst of us, often they do not have friends outside the police community, very often they do not even trust anyone outside the community.
In some cases they do not even trust many that are in the community, this creates a real problem for these lets say it, heros, because you have to be one to do this job for long.
So, is there not something that can be done to help these people because they are human too but they have to deal with the worst of what it means to be human, so as a consequence of that inconvenient truth, they very often react first then think later because that could be the difference between life and death, this kind of situation leads to danger for the public, more so if the officer is tired.
So again, what can be done, and what should be done, in the last few weeks, stats came out that suggest that there is an increase in officer suicide, even more problematic is that in some cases, assisted suicide could be taking place and that is something that needs to be handled.
However the problem is that for most officers, visiting a shrink goes on your record and that is also something you do not want, which leads to more officers needing some form of help, even if it is just someone to talk to without fear of that private conversation going public.
Which leads you back to the catch 22 situation all over again.
One thing remains clear, these men and women need not only help but they need understanding, because without them we are all in trouble.

Go figure once again we see a lack of respect for the law in florida.
This is crazy, in floriduh, go figure, but here is one situation where a man who was accused of possession of rolaids spent three months in jail, what a mess and there is something really crazy about floridah law enforcement.
One thing for sure you may want to re-consider your vacation to floriduh if they don’t get a hold of these problem prosecutors and law enforcement officers.
Anyone talking to this guy would know that he is not a drug user, yet, the justice system completely broke down in this instance, I just cant believe that no one was able to take a common sense look at this situation and understand that this guy was not a drug user.
Police have a hard job but come on folks this is getting out of hand, tourism in floriduh is going to suffer if t his kind of stupid stuff is not nipped in the bud, so to speak, This guy was obviously not a drug user and even if the police man made a mistake the ADA should have seen that this guy was not a user.
I know one thing there are thousands of people out there using rolaids and if police cant tell the difference then people and tourists in Florida are in for a rough ride.
So now what will happen next, well the state of Florida will pay a settlement and it will not be cheap, and that money will be tax dollars, People if this happens to you get a good lawyer, if this guy had a good lawyer to begin with none of this would have happened.
It is good to see that this guy now has a good lawyer.
If this ever happens to you, get a lawyer, for Gods sake, do not sit in jail over a bad lawyer.
