Electronic Solicitation
May 22nd, 2011 by lawsuit

Today in our local paper we saw where some men were arrested for thinking about committing a felony.

Yes, and it was a terrible thought, perhaps you could even say that it was horrible and the men in question likely should be punished and perhaps even spend time in jail where they can get a real education about how to commit crime.

Now in so many ways, this guy really needed some help but to charge a man with a crime that was not committed, and to charge him with a crime that he had only thought about doing.

Seems like something it terribly wrong.

However, that seems a little crazy right, when a man begins to think about committing a crime but does not actually commit a crime then how can you punish a man for what he has thought to do?

Warning the video below is a terrible though crime, in fact you probably should not be watching it at all.

Note, the crimes that these men thought to do are despicable, even horrible, and the thing is people like this need help, but I do not know about how you get to this place where you punish a man for his thoughts.

On the docket today is the idea of what a man may or may not do, given the opportunity, if every thought a man or a woman for that matter were subject to the law of judgment, would we not all be guilty of doing something illegal or even perhaps horrible, yet given the opportunity, most people would choose to not do the horrible thing.
