Is the government preparing to take over the Internet?
Dec 12th, 2011 by lawsuit

There have been some uneasy cases recently and some news stories concerning the government and
the internet, these stories which may be little more than rumors at this point however we have seen
an ongoing effort over the last few years by the government going after the internet as a means of
tax revenue.

Indeed there are many states that are now charging tax for online purchases.

This is very disturbing and if steps are not taken to stop this behavior the internet as we know it today
will cease to exist, the internet is still in its infancy and will continue to be in a state of growth as long
as the government stays out of its development.

The moment that we allow the government to begin to stifle growth online by trying to censor and
regulate all the content online, we will have a problem that will deepen the already weakened economy.

Asbestos mesothelioma
Mar 19th, 2010 by lawsuit

This is one very deadly aspect of exposure to asbestos material but is it really accurate, what if you used a concrete cutter and inhaled asbestos fumes, and now your coughing all the time and wondering when that cold will ever go away?

Researchers looked into records and medical information in some plants in the south there were several products that used chrysotile asbestos, one of the most commom forms of asbestos.

In a long study ending in the 1970s information showed that slightly less than 40 percent of the participants of the study had died during the study, indicating that exposure results in death more often than not.

Lung Cancer was the predominate form of death, the risk of death increases over time to show even more problems with this menace, there are reportedly many cases that are discovered every year.

amosite and crocidolite are two more forms of this dangerous material.

Millions of americans may have been exposed to these forms of asbestos, you may not even realize it, if you have worked in the construction industry, electricians, pipe fitters, and many other occupations please seek a medical opinion, early diagnosis may help.

Some indicators of the health problems that are caused by exposure to asbestos
Asbestos is one problem along with many others, some of the symptoms can include coughing, chest pain, problems breathing, weight loss, Nausea, Fever and other problems.

If you even think you may have been exposed you should contact someone to help you evaluate the possibility that you were exposed and remember that it can take years even decades for these symptoms to appear on their own.

Dont wait until it is too late.

Police out of control? Police State? Police need training…
Aug 17th, 2009 by lawsuit

this story tells it all, yet the media can only cover Michael Vick, who paid his dept. to society.

You have to wonder what the heck is going on in America when Michael Vick is the number one story but this story is not covered.

Police out of control? or just loosing patience?
Jul 28th, 2009 by lawsuit

What is going on with the police these days, are they not being trained?  We know they have a hard job to do.

Or is it that they have a really though job and they just do not know how to successfully deal with this type of stress on the job?

We have to ask because of the recent “Stupidly” comments by our president is in my opinion right on.

It is stupid, to arrest a man in his own property… Even if he is upset and giving some feedback…

Why because you could just walk away!   Yes, amazing I know but yes, when the police are on private property they can just walk away and find another situation that is much more deserving of their hard work and time.

If the police showed up on your door step and starting treating you like a criminal, how would you react?

There is much to be learned, here, no matter how you stack it up and even if they all go to the white house and sing songs and drink beer, the police should have handled it differently why?

Because in recent years the police have been over steeping their authority in ways that are very disturbing, in ways that violate the constitution of the united states, but we looked the other way because of 911 and that was perhaps a good thing, however, now there are a lot of these so called big cases where, it has become easier to arrest a person for buying drugs than it is to arrest the drug dealer, we find that disturbing and we look to the white house for a solution to this problem.

So after all that we have learned, I have to agree, yes,

It is stupid to allow the situation to get so far out of control, when it could have been avoided by just a little diplomacy…

The problem here is that for some reason the police have come to believe that they can do anything and get away with it.

It sometimes looks like we are in a police state and if that is happening it needs to stop…

WE are not a police state and the police need to be reminded that people run the government not the police.

Yet another traffic stop turns deadly
Jul 20th, 2009 by lawsuit

In a tragic end to an otherwise peaceful traffic stop, yet another man has been killed by a police man on duty.

This is a real problem, not only because this is a wrongful death, but because there are serious implications involved in the idea that a police man has the right to choke and or break a suspects neck until they are dead.

Something is wrong in our police system when this happens over and over again, it is all about how that officer is trained to respond and how that officer is trained to deal with a conflict, obviously something needs to chance otherwise a good attorney will take the local towns to court and sue them into bankruptcy.

That may sound like some comfort knowing that someone will have to pay a price for what the police are doing to people, however, we have the duty to ask one simple question, here, was it preventable?

Could this have been prevented?  The answer a resounding YES.

There are a lot of questions about this particular encounter however if you search on the internet you can find hundreds of these complaints every day, yet for the most part they are ignored, this is wrong and needs to change, if you have been the victim of the police, call an attorney and file a lawsuit, this is the only way that this unacceptable behavior will ever change because so far the police think that they can do anything and have no price to pay even when a suspect dies during a traffic stop, which is something that should never happen, yet over the last 2 months we have seen some very disturbing behavior.

The end result is that you must get an attorney if you have been a victim of a police crime.

is UPS also known as United Package Smashers?
Jul 15th, 2009 by lawsuit

Is UPS engaging in an alleged insurance scam?    Or are they doing something different, some say they are allegedly paying insurance claims based on who you are and not on the circumstances of the claim.

After looking through several alleged complaints from consumers and seeing first hand what can happen

to packages at times using this service.

We did a search online for problems associated with UPS and its package delivery services.

There were a number of complaints which appear to be related to insurance and some have complained
that this is actually insurance fraud, however, that is alleged at this point, there may also be some
class action lawsuits out there that are in the process of being filed over the handling of packages.

The first thing that apparently happens is that your claim is automatically denied this is even before anyone
sees or inspects the package, which is dishonest at best and a lie at the worst.

But that is just an opinion, or is it, because we recently shipped a package which was returned by the consignee,
Stating that the unit had been damaged and in fact after we inspected the package it was in fact so damaged that
it did not even resemble the package that we shipped.

UPS stated that they would not cover any damage because it was not packaged according to their standards.

However, we did package the item according to the standards that they published and we found that this is
a common excuse for not paying a claim, we have pictures before and after, and you will not believe the mess
that they caused, and the condition of the package, it was obviously run over by a fork lift.

WHAT? you have to ask that right, ok someone hit my package with a forklift and caused about $400.00 in damages and
they say they are not going to pay for anything, they damaged the package beyond repair and feel no responsibility to
do anything, that is sick my friends.

UPS apparently is having many of these problems, with regard to how the packages are handled.

So we plan on filing suit in Federal Court for violations of the UCC Uniform Commercial Code in relation to possible fraud in insurance and regulations regarding

bailment for hire.

Why does UPS do its customers dirty and do they cheat their customers out of the service they claim they provide.?

If you cannot afford an attorney and want to learn more about how you can defend yourself then
you should definitely take a look at this company.

Constitutional law and common sense
Jul 8th, 2009 by lawsuit

Common sense? Apparently not…

Are we on the brink of insanity?

Recently we have seen some very unusual situations that defy the constitutional levity of america and
Over the last few months we have seen some very interesting legal situations that have arisen, in fact in a recent supreme court decision, a lower court was handed its arse in a hand-basket.

Legislation from the bench is not ethical nor is it constitutional.

You have to wonder about these types of situations, because as it is so often taught in law schools, the law is in the words not the thoughts or feelings of the judges.

Many attorneys are starting to realize that there is a need to challenge the constitutional legality of some of the recent decisions that have been made by this present administration.

This is a very disturbing situation however, the supreme court will be hearing more as we go along because it is apparent that the constitution is being trampled on by the government and it will be up to the legal community to do the right thing here and the right thing is also going to be the legal thing.

Will you be one of those attorneys that challenge the constitutionality of these recent judicial activism decisions that are headed to the supreme court?
