That is the question that many want to know, why bother with something that is useless?

One in four Americans aged 45 and older take statin drugs to lower cholesterol and supposedly “prevent heart disease.”

That amounts to 32 million Americans or, as Peter Wehrwein pointed out in the Harvard Health Letter, the equivalent of the entire populations of Florida and Illinois combined.ⁱ

If you’re one of these millions, or if you’re considering starting a statin prescription anytime soon, you should know that there are serious risks involved with taking these drugs, a fact that even the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is now acknowledging.

Evidence includes diaries, court records, medical books and literature, in which these two sleep cycles are referred to in such a way as to make it clear that it was common knowledge at the time.

 

If you or someone you love is taking one of these drugs, no matter what the FDA says, make sure they have the medical care they need.

In fact, because of all the different side effects you might be at risk, but what about the other side of the story,

Because there are always two sides to every story.

Statins are drugs that can lower your cholesterol. They work by blocking a substance your body needs to make cholesterol. Statins may also help your body reabsorb cholesterol that has built up in plaques on your artery walls, preventing further blockage in your blood vessels and heart attacks.

Statins include well-known medications such as atorvastatin (Lipitor), simvastatin (Zocor), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol), rosuvastatin (Crestor) and others. Lower cost generic versions of many statin medications are available.

Legally what were comparing this to is this, lets say that McDonald’s creates a certain way to cook a hamburger and yes it comes out nice and tasty, (if you like that kind of food that is) then another food chain comes out and says hey were doing this a long time before you were doing it and we have a patent that we think you have violated.

McDonald’s is going to say what are you smoking even If you have a patent on a certain method of cooking a hamburger our hamburger is much different, so were not going to pay you one thin dime.

So this other company comes up and allegedly says, well were going to allegedly threaten to ruin your IPO by using lawsuits and secretly, (allegedly) well settle out of court to keep our mouths shut.

Now the simplest and easiest thing to do here would be to just pay them to shut up, even if facebook is in the clear and they probably are here, (allegedly) but if they do that they would be sued by hundreds of other people all wanting a piece of the easy legal pie, what this is (allegedly) is basically legal blackmail.

After observing and reviewing a public video by the plaintiff it appears that they are somewhat (allegedly) less than believable, for a number of reasons, the primary reason was that they seemed to be somewhat evasive in the way they talked, I think that this lawsuit is probably not going anywhere, certainly facebook could easily tie them up in court for many years.

Its not really going to do anything but cause them a few hours of grief and lets face it any large corporation faces this situation likely every single day.

But should you invest in the IPO?

Technologies companies can be very volatile, if you have money to gamble with then do the game, but if your buying thinking that you can sell later on, not sure if that would be a good bet.

Along with the very real legal battles being fought, the company has allegedly been supporting CISPA which would give companies the ability to “legally SPY” on its one consumers, yes, you might end up being sued for something that you said or posted on facebook even years after you posted it.

The TOS or Terms of Service for Facebook create the speculation that CISPA will pass, if that happens, facebook is in a position to learn more about you than you ever wanted them to know about you.

The end of freedom in America is almost upon us, soon you will no longer

1.)  It would take a lot of beer to believe this guy’s story. In 1991 Richard Overton actually tried to sue Anheuser-Busch for $10,000 because upon drinking copious amounts of Bud Light, beautiful women didn’t come to life in a tropical setting, as shown in the commercials. Guess what Richard? Frogs and lizards can’t really talk, either.

2.) Oregon man Allen Heckard had a unique problem: people constantly told him he looked like basketball star Michael Jordan. Except Heckard saw it a bit differently, Michael Jordan looked like him. Naturally, he decided to sue Jordan and Nike for $832 million for his “emotional pain and suffering.” But we thought everyone wanted to “be like Mike”?!

3.) This year, Lindsay Lohan sought $100 million from E-Trade for use of the name “Lindsay” in reference to a female baby in their Super Bowl ad. Her people claimed the public knows her by the singular name, like Oprah or Madonna, and that referring to the baby as a “milk-aholic” directly references her life. We think she should be FINED $100 million just for being so vain.

 

I know it seems a little insane, and in some ways it is very insane, but what about the other lawsuits that really are worthy of the courts attention do they have a chance when all of these garbage cases are clogging up the system?

One thing for sure if there were ever frivolous lawsuit reform, a lot of lawyers would be standing in the unemployment lines.

Client List, is it real enough or is it a little lame?

In a Bold possibly a little too steamy, show titled, The Client List, which is basically a show about prostitution in a world where the truth is very different than what you will see on TV, and lets face it, there are not many Red Blooded, Men in the world that would not want to “Spend” some time with this very sexy girl.

In an interesting statement the pretty Texas Girl everyone would love to date, says that guys do not ask her out much, (she does not know why?)  likely its because she is beyond the reach of most “Regular Guys” Unless your say someone that is wealthy, Rich, Famous, and did we say Rich…

Still the show

is a bold and very suggestive subject, I suspect that if there were someone like Jennifer LOVE Hewitt, the idea of visiting a “Massage Spa” would become very popular, however, this is TV, its not real, and while she may be a very talented actress, with the ability to portray, this character, again the truth is so very different.

Each year there are hundreds of thousands of arrests, of both men and women, and clients as well, they are subjected to harassment, frequent beatings, allegedly sometimes by police to “Discourage” them from working.

There is a lot of violence, usually directed to the women, but sometimes the client is robbed, beaten, or killed, its a dangerous world out there and its expensive, usually in the neighborhood of $250.00 per hour, for the moderate clients, and thousands of dollars per hour for more wealthy clients.

No matter if your rich or not, the cost for being arrested usually is around $2000-$3000 involves probation, goes on your record, (try getting a corporate job with that on your resume) It is what it is, I really find it interesting that the “Oldest Profession” is still one of the most popular “Street” activities, where the danger seems to be a psychological component of the lure of paid sex, or the GFE as they call it.

It is an interesting topic, and likely it will be popular, but will it reflect the hard core truth of what really happens with police, stings, where women “pretend” to be a prostitute, and you do not even have to prove that there was intent, they will lock you up, you will have to find someone to bail you out, if you don’t get your teeth kicked in while your in jail, you will probably get fired from your work.

When you look at this entire situation, are the police really trying to regulate the sex trade?  After thousands of years of this activity and it is not going to stop, not ever, it is really amazing, that large cities spend 30 million dollars annually not including the cost of hiring lawyers, for the accused prostitutes, and sometimes the clients.

It seems really stupid, of course you cannot allow it to go unchecked, but seems like a Tax, or a fine, would be easier to deal with and not cost the public so much money.

But that is just one view, others view it as violence, disease, oppression, suicide, death, drugs, dependance, not to mention in many places, you also get to be a sex offender, try explaining that at a job interview.

(no I was visiting a massage parlor and the police came in and arrested everyone)
(honestly I was just getting a massage, nothing else happened) Interviewer, (cough, Ah, sure) Interviewer, (so your a sexual deviant then? to be honest Mr. Jon Smith, Cough, I just cant see us hiring you perhaps a job cleaning windshields on third and front streets would be a better place for your “kind” to work.

Consider this, for the most part, one person, took away the rights of students, Millions and Millions of students.  These students are all guaranteed the constitutional right to do this, yet, one person using an alleged corrupted legal system, made an error in judgement, they abandoned the constitution.

To this day that mistake has resulted in loss of life, murder, rape, drug abuse and
many more horrible things.

Yet you will never see this on the news.

One person went to court and when the rest of the world did not bother to protest this,

(mostly because they did not believe it could happen)

So, what will happen next because so far we have not learned from the past at all, we find ourselves in a situation where enemies of freedom, file a lawsuit just to harass someone, how easy it would be to fix that issue, by passing a law where frivolous lawsuits be punished by fines.

One good example of a frivolous lawsuit was when someone sued Sarah Palin because she wore a jacked with a corporate logo, on the jacket, they claimed that as Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin was not allowed to wear clothing that has advertising on it…

But nothing about that lawsuit was right, it was all wrong, because everyone has a right to step away from their jobs and enjoy life, but we just sat there and allowed them to harass Sarah Palin.

It is a bad thing to allow to happen, just like you would not allow someone to walk into your house and smash out your TV, you would stop them or restrain them from doing you or your family harm.

So, how long will we sit and watch as small groups of people take away the constitutional rights of an entire nation?

How long will we do nothing…

How long will we continue to let small groups of people dictate to us how we live…

one thing is certain if we do not start to recognize the dangers of these problems, and show up in court, with an answer, and the law on our side, then we will soon not be able to do anything in our own homes.

We will have to wear the same colors of clothes, we will all have to eat the same foods, because that is what they are doing, they are trying to make everything the same, that is an impossible thing to do.

It has failed
