There are rumors flying hot and heavy concerning UPS these days, concerning alleged business practices that are allegedly questionable, the suit concerning mail boxes ect, and the UPS stores was and still remains a serious problem, with all the alleged bad press associated with insurance claims that are allegedly not being paid leaving the UPS Stores holding the bag while UPS allegedly collects for insurance and the UPS stores find them selves being responsible for alleged problems that are created by UPS, allegedly.
This is very concerning to those people who use UPS and depend on UPS because of the alleged commercials that are broadcast so very often on many of the larger cable networks touting the alleged greatness of UPS.
Is this truth in advertising? OR could there be something darker at work here?
There are numerous alleged complaints, just google UPS complaints and see what shows up it is allegedly disturbing.
This leaves many people wondering how much the big brown giant will spent on its next PR campaign so they can look good in the eyes of the public, the amount of money spent on this is staggering, yet they allegedly fain at insurance claims?
You just have to laugh at that…
Is UPS engaging in an alleged insurance scam? Or are they doing something different, some say they are allegedly paying insurance claims based on who you are and not on the circumstances of the claim.
After looking through several alleged complaints from consumers and seeing first hand what can happen
to packages at times using this service.
We did a search online for problems associated with UPS and its package delivery services.
There were a number of complaints which appear to be related to insurance and some have complained that this is actually insurance fraud, however, that is alleged at this point, there may also be some class action lawsuits out there that are in the process of being filed over the handling of packages.
The first thing that apparently happens is that your claim is automatically denied this is even before anyone sees or inspects the package, which is dishonest at best and a lie at the worst.
But that is just an opinion, or is it, because we recently shipped a package which was returned by the consignee, Stating that the unit had been damaged and in fact after we inspected the package it was in fact so damaged that it did not even resemble the package that we shipped.
UPS stated that they would not cover any damage because it was not packaged according to their standards.
However, we did package the item according to the standards that they published and we found that this is a common excuse for not paying a claim, we have pictures before and after, and you will not believe the mess that they caused, and the condition of the package, it was obviously run over by a fork lift.
WHAT? you have to ask that right, ok someone hit my package with a forklift and caused about $400.00 in damages and they say they are not going to pay for anything, they damaged the package beyond repair and feel no responsibility to do anything, that is sick my friends.
UPS apparently is having many of these problems, with regard to how the packages are handled.
So we plan on filing suit in Federal Court for violations of the UCC Uniform Commercial Code in relation to possible fraud in insurance and regulations regarding
bailment for hire.
Why does UPS do its customers dirty and do they cheat their customers out of the service they claim they provide.?
If you cannot afford an attorney and want to learn more about how you can defend yourself then you should definitely take a look at this company.
Are we on the brink of insanity?
Recently we have seen some very unusual situations that defy the constitutional levity of america and Over the last few months we have seen some very interesting legal situations that have arisen, in fact in a recent supreme court decision, a lower court was handed its arse in a hand-basket.
Legislation from the bench is not ethical nor is it constitutional.
You have to wonder about these types of situations, because as it is so often taught in law schools, the law is in the words not the thoughts or feelings of the judges.
Many attorneys are starting to realize that there is a need to challenge the constitutional legality of some of the recent decisions that have been made by this present administration.
This is a very disturbing situation however, the supreme court will be hearing more as we go along because it is apparent that the constitution is being trampled on by the government and it will be up to the legal community to do the right thing here and the right thing is also going to be the legal thing.
Will you be one of those attorneys that challenge the constitutionality of these recent judicial activism decisions that are headed to the supreme court?
