Update, The school board backed down as they should have, but what is wrong with people like this?

Wow your kidding right apparently not, some people are just plain stupid. Zero tolerance policies are under fire for the plain stupidity of it, why do people try to do these things, where is the ACLU? or do they now alledgedly only work for the far left?
