Well now we have an unconstitutional, Bill that we have been given by slight of hand, by the betrayal of the American people, and the liberals run around crowing like they have done some great thing, what they have done is to spit on the graves of our fore fathers, they have defiled the memory of my father who fought for his country and sacrificed precious family time to defend our nation against all who would come against us.
Then we hear people like old sour kraut, who talks about how we should all just shut up…
Wrong, this will not stand, it is not constitutional the american people do not want it and we will repeal it.
Now 14 states have filed lawsuits and there will be more, when small men attempt to oppress the people it is wrong we cannot allow liberals to dictate to the american people as if we are just an after thought, this behavior is wrong, it is like they think we are a third world country and we have to do what ever they say, This is america and we have the constitution which you swore an oath to uphold, if you were not going to uphold that oath you should have refused to take that oath.
It is We the people, not you the one, I sure hope you understand that, because right now it looks like megalomania.
That is a real problem, we need people in washington that will stand up for the people not fall for anything.

Amazing stuff, but is it for real???
ON a recent show the famous Rush Limbaugh,
was asked a question about why we did not have any litigation in all these constitutional issues that appear to be taking place with the current administration, he never answered the question in stead he just ignored it, I have to wonder why the vaunted verbalist, choose not to answer the question and why?
One thing for sure, when the ACLU attempts to file a lawsuit the WH appears to feel the need to immediately comply.

You fight fire with fire, since congress is determined to trample on the constitution of these United states of america, then someone should be standing up for the constitution, like attorneys, for instance.
So what is going on are we no longer under the constitution?
Have we forgotten where we come from?
When a politician says anything to get elected, and then later lies about everything, that is a real problem.
There is the very real possibility that this present administration at the white house is creating an environment where every outgoing administration will have to legally defend all its decisions after they leave office.
That should scare the tar out of politicians and it should have good attorney firms gleefully rubbing their hands together thinking about all the fees that will come from this type of dare I say it, Stupid behavior.
Amazing but true, is the current white house setting up the case where americans will have to pay for the defense of politicians in office that have to defend their decisions, if the next incoming administration does not agree with what they did.
That my friends is crazy but if that is the way they want to go, what is the penalty for violating the constitution?
Is that going to be criminal, Civil, some where in between?
Will eric holder be prosecuted? will the white house be prosecuted for allowing the constitution to be violated?
This just makes no sense at all and a lot of people think this is just not the right way to go for the white house.
This is more important when you think about what is going on, they want to pass a health care reform plan but they cannot even accurately run a cash for clunkers program, that was an alleged failure.
Do they really want to do this? Do they want to play this game? because there are some including blago that seem to think that this is something that democrats do not really want to do because of some of the things in their past and some of the things they are doing behind the scenes.
These days you hear so much about what is going to happen soon with regard to all the kings Czars, now they are talking about the sugar police, is this for real or is this a joke, fraid not, folks, because coming soon to a store near you may be a tax on soft drinks, taxes on stuff they think is not good for you.
We sometimes look on in disbelief, as we see some of these things that are being talked about, but you can bet that if people do not start calling their senators and congressmen and congresswomen, then we will see the price of a coke double and even triple, they may even one day out law it, imagine going around the corner of an alley to buy a six pack of cokes because someone thought it was a bad think, many of us no longer remember prohibition, however it is part of our history and the same thing can be applied to just about anything including smoking and even what we now consider to be over the counter medication.
Sometimes I wonder if I am not reading a science fiction book looking at where the white house is taking the once great nation that used to be the United States of America.
Yep some day you might wake up and the old police may show up at your door and guess what they will want then!

That was the subject of one episode of the twilight zone where old folks were put to death because they no longer could (in the view of society) be productive.

Are we on the brink of insanity?
Recently we have seen some very unusual situations that defy the constitutional levity of america and Over the last few months we have seen some very interesting legal situations that have arisen, in fact in a recent supreme court decision, a lower court was handed its arse in a hand-basket.
Legislation from the bench is not ethical nor is it constitutional.
You have to wonder about these types of situations, because as it is so often taught in law schools, the law is in the words not the thoughts or feelings of the judges.
Many attorneys are starting to realize that there is a need to challenge the constitutional legality of some of the recent decisions that have been made by this present administration.
This is a very disturbing situation however, the supreme court will be hearing more as we go along because it is apparent that the constitution is being trampled on by the government and it will be up to the legal community to do the right thing here and the right thing is also going to be the legal thing.
