Will BP file for bankruptcy?

Rumors, abound and are speculation at this point, but many feel that if pressure from the current administration, which is not friendly to business, allegedly, that is not union, allegedly,

The first thing that needs to be done here is to clear the air, because everyone has been calling this an oil spill and that is not accurate.

It is a leak, and a man made one at that…

Spill, (from the top)

leak from below…

Oil spill lawsuits, have you been effected? There are indications that the amount of money being spent, on advertising, is allegedly more than what is being spent on helping the people who are unable to make a living due to the oil spill.

No one knows for sure, and if that is true why not?

Why are they not doing all they can to really stop this thing, it is common to spend big bucks on a PR, image campaign, while spending less to fix the problem, just look at Toyota, allegedly spending a huge sum of money to enhance image and PR, while not doing much allegedly for the customer.

It seems like the corporate thing to do, the only thing missing from the recent ad was a tear slowing streaming down his face, amazing stuff I know, I am not convinced that they are doing all they could be doing, allegedly.

So what is up with this kind of stuff, we have a company that could be doing more, but it seems like they are not doing all they can.

They say the recession is over?
Sep 28th, 2009 by lawsuit

Can you trust what you see on the media these days?

Some say the recession is over,

Well perhaps it is for them, but what about the average american, there are still over 5 million people out of work, it really seems like a difficult, thing to imagine, with so many people out of work and what is going to happen in the long run.

Did they forget all about main street america?

If you are still having problems and just dont know where to turn, bankruptcy may be an option that you have to consider, of course as everyone will tell you it is a thing of last resort, and that would be the truth but if you have tried everything to get relief and you just cant find a way out then bankruptcy is what you need.

bankruptcy are you there yet?
Sep 18th, 2009 by lawsuit

Bankruptcy, is one of the worst things you can face and not only is it a scary situation you are made to feel guilty because you filed, but one of the things that seems to be a mystery about going bankrupt, is how bill collectors hound and harass you until you feel like bankruptcy is the only option.

If you really think that bankruptcy is the only option for you and you are about to pull your hair our then yes please file, but if you think there may be a possibility that you could survive without filing then you should investigate alternatives.

Sometimes there is only one way out and for those that are in that position then file because it is there to protect you from bill collectors and evil people that call in the middle of the night and call you at work and call your family late at night.

If people are doing that to you and you see no way out then bankruptcy may be the right way to go.

Yet another traffic stop turns deadly
Jul 20th, 2009 by lawsuit

In a tragic end to an otherwise peaceful traffic stop, yet another man has been killed by a police man on duty.

This is a real problem, not only because this is a wrongful death, but because there are serious implications involved in the idea that a police man has the right to choke and or break a suspects neck until they are dead.

Something is wrong in our police system when this happens over and over again, it is all about how that officer is trained to respond and how that officer is trained to deal with a conflict, obviously something needs to chance otherwise a good attorney will take the local towns to court and sue them into bankruptcy.

That may sound like some comfort knowing that someone will have to pay a price for what the police are doing to people, however, we have the duty to ask one simple question, here, was it preventable?

Could this have been prevented?  The answer a resounding YES.

There are a lot of questions about this particular encounter however if you search on the internet you can find hundreds of these complaints every day, yet for the most part they are ignored, this is wrong and needs to change, if you have been the victim of the police, call an attorney and file a lawsuit, this is the only way that this unacceptable behavior will ever change because so far the police think that they can do anything and have no price to pay even when a suspect dies during a traffic stop, which is something that should never happen, yet over the last 2 months we have seen some very disturbing behavior.

The end result is that you must get an attorney if you have been a victim of a police crime.

Jun 1st, 2009 by lawsuit

Amazing but true, GM bits the dust is ford far behind???

Some might wonder what has kept ford from falling into the same trap that the other two big
car makers, over the last few months, we have seen some of the highest prices in car mfg costs.

While foreign competition has gone way down, so what can we do as apparently the new owners
of these car companies.

Is it constitutional for the government to own car companies?
