Black Box
Apr 19th, 2012 by lawsuit

The big black box, may soon become part of every new car purchase, but will Americans go for that, already most cars are over priced, the vehicles often suffer from a lack of engineering, the power train plastic is perhaps one of the largest, drawbacks for the American buyer.

Who would buy a new car when they have to put down 30 percent just to get a loan and did we mention that the cost was way too high?

Ok, you get the picture, but do you get this, the Government wants to put a black box in your new over priced cars.

What might they want with this new power?

Well, it would create a more powerful government,

  1. They might have the power, (allegedly) to shut off your car, yes the overpriced car you just paid way too much money for,
  2. They might be able to tell where you go, and what your doing,
(hope you guys that like to visit the shady side of town from time to time dont have one of these black boxes in your cars.)
  3. They might have the ability to use that data against you in a court of law?
  4. They might be able to record anything that goes on inside your car, imagine the embarrassment of having a back seat romp and having it used against you in court.
  5. All of this paid for by your money, remember the overpriced car you just bought…
  6. Think about how crazy this sounds right, and by the way where is the ACLU…
  7. So now your expected to give up your constitutional rights when you buy a new car?My friends you need to send a message to congress, that this is not acceptable, that you will not give up your constitutional rights.

It is time to do the right thing…

Congress works for us not corporations, not car companies, not lobbyists.

executive orders, constitutional
Feb 3rd, 2012 by lawsuit

Is an executive order still binding on the American people if it violates the Constitution?
That may be one thing that many people wonder about…

Are we now living in a land where there is no longer a congress?

Do we have a dictator and chief in office?

When will congress act to secure the future of the United States?

In many ways we have some very troubling things happening all around us the stock market is very volatile.

Millions of Americans are out of work and yet we continue down the prickly pathway that has put us in danger of default.

Hands off our internet
Jan 25th, 2012 by lawsuit

The Internet does not belong to any one person or group of persons, it is a combination of resources, servers, computers, websites, search engines, commerce companies, and much more, the thing is that so many people seem to want to Tax, it or control it, or figure out how they can decide who should be able to have a website or not.

That seems like a really stupid idea.

Yet that is what the Music industry and the Motion Picture industry are trying to do.

So, what do they think?

That the internet will remain the same if they bribe congress to look the other way while they rape the internet in the name of commerce?

Is that what they really think?

I hope not because there are hundreds of thousands of websites like this one that would retire, disappear, go away, or go dark, simply because we are not going to pay for servers or pay for content or pay for videos or pay for anything that we do not have the freedom to control.

Simply said, we do not have to provide these websites, we do not have to provide content, we can take our websites and go home.

Sounds a little crazy, but that is what will happen, for 40 years, Holly wood and the broadcast media had a captive audience, they abused us with their ignorant programming, anyone remember the gong show, (think its gone away yet) try no.

The simply and drastic truth is that if holly wood has their way you will have to all watch re-runs for the rest of your life, imagine having to watch the Brady bunch for 12 hours a day…

Sure its funny for about a half hour, but after that, )

Seriously consider supporting an effort to vote out of office anyone that supports SOPA or PIPA any Senator, any Congressman…

SOPA lies and internet regulation
Dec 26th, 2011 by lawsuit

When you think about SOPA you first think hey lets stop all these pirates online right but in reality it will not stop anything at all what it will do is allow corporations to shift the burden of proof from the plaintiff to a defendant, and it will create more problems for an already over burdened, legal system.

The truth is that we cannot afford this kind of stupidity in congress and this is the number one reason why you should vote these crooks in congress out of office.

learn more about what you should avoid in legal bills in congress.

Sign the petition to stop this attempt at massive corporations to ruin the internet for everyone.

Sopa is a lie from the pits of hell…

It is Evil and must be removed in all its forms.

We cannot allow congress to pretend to pass laws that are in the interest of corporations but pretend to be in the interest of the people.

We know its a lie, they know its a lie, they are sorry, but not for the right reasons, they are sorry that they got caught not giving a damn.

Keep the Internet free?
Jul 30th, 2011 by lawsuit

What this cannot be, where is the ACLU,

are they blind, are they deaf, why are they only allegedly interested in stopping people from praying?

Big Business is swarming Capitol Hill this week as they struggle to get the Internet Blacklist Bill passed.

Here’s Techdirt’s take:

The world’s largest lobbying organization, the US Chamber of Commerce…along with the biggest lobbyists representing the recording and movie industry, have ramped up their efforts to get PROTECT IP

approved as quickly as possible.

Call your local Chamber of commerce to make sure that they understand what this will mean if this law is passed.

Will you support our work by becoming a monthly Demand Progress sustainer? Our small, dedicated, (under-paid) staff is entirely member-supported. (You can cancel your donations at any time.)

Yes! I’ll become a Demand Progress sustainer today.
I can’t, but I’ll click here to chip in $5 or $10 today so you can keep fighting the Internet Blacklist Bill and protecting civil liberties.
But now the good news: Why is the Chamber having to go to such great lengths to ram their bill through Congress? It’s because of Demand Progress members like you. More from Techdirt:

This is the first stage of the endgame to get the law passed. To be honest, I’m surprised they’ve even had to go this far, because from the beginning it looked like they had the easy support. The fact that they felt the need to break out this little stunt shows that the opposition to PROTECT IP has actually drummed up enough noise that some politicians are concerned about the very real unintended consequences of the law.

Will you support our work by becoming a monthly Demand Progress sustainer?

Yes! I’ll become a Demand Progress sustainer today.
I can’t, but I’ll click here to chip in $5 or $10 today so you can keep fighting the Internet Blacklist Bill and protecting civil liberties.
Thanks so much for your continued support.

Youtube felony?
Jul 26th, 2011 by lawsuit

PLR content may become more valuable over time, in fact with the S978 so called youtube streaming video bill, (AKA) the ten strikes bill, would make it a felony to view upload and or other wise consume content that someone (anyone really) claims is their copyrighted content.

Which means, that the common practice of taking photos, online, using music in videos, using photos in videos, using video clips, that are online on youtube.com in mass quantity.

Literally over night about half or better of the millions of videos on youtube would have to be taken down and removed.

While they may loose this battle, (at least I hope they do) they will eventually pass a bill that criminalizes youtube videos. That means that you will need to have royalty free content, in your possession and you will need to have proof that the content is royalty free.

There are thousands and thousands of PLR photos out there, millions of music clips, being sold and some of those sellers are not even the owners of the music clips.

Words like

  • youtube penalty
  • youtube court
  • youtube felony conviction

Could become the new way to land your self in prison, with estimates of current laws, and new laws, being produced by congress with their collective heads up their back ends, you have to wonder what they are thinking.

Millions of photos, in millions of templates, that are being sold as PLR where the actual authors of the art work were never compensated and never agreed to sell their work in the first place.

What if your buying products that are not being legally sold?

That could be a real problem, something to really seriously consider.

Learn more about legal issues that could soon be effecting you if your marketing online.

The End of Internet Freedom?
Jan 27th, 2011 by lawsuit

Will the Internet be safe, in the new year? Many want to know with many legal issues yet to be settled, will the liberals attack the internet?

Will they try to take over the internet next?

Is this the end of the Internet as we know it, or is this just a long over due, correction to illegal activity.

Could this be the beginning of a Police State and are you willing to sit back and wait until they come for all your rights, in the name of safety?

You could make an argument either way, but and this is what is somewhat disturbing, what happens next, if this is true, U.S. Government Seizes BitTorrent Search Engine Domain then why not Pornography websites.

Are they not worse than a Bit torrent?

What about all those websites that promote Child Porn, Are they not worthy of having the Government Seize them? Seriously I would not be so upset with them for taking down a porn site as I am a marginal site that may or may not be trading music files.

That is what is disturbing, Porn is ok but music is not?

Folks this is insane, Congress needs to take action soon because this is getting out of control.

The end of the internet thanks for that FCC?
Jan 7th, 2011 by lawsuit

Are we facing the end of the freedom that the internet has offered us for years, and is the FCC allegedly going to close it down for good?

In a recent post  we can see that this is something that must be challenged, and soon folks, because if your invested in the NASDAQ you had better be watching this closely.

Could this really be the end of the internet?

Are we facing big brother in a way that will end our freedom to post on blogs online?

Will it become a crime to post to a blog online?

By ROBERT M. MCDOWELL

Tomorrow morning the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will mark the winter solstice by taking an unprecedented step to expand government’s reach into the Internet by attempting to regulate its inner workings. In doing so, the agency will circumvent Congress and disregard a recent court ruling.

How did the FCC get here?

For years, proponents of so-called “net neutrality” have been calling for strong regulation of broadband “on-ramps” to the Internet, like those provided by your local cable or phone companies. Rules are needed, the argument goes, to ensure that the Internet remains open and free, and to discourage broadband providers from thwarting consumer demand. That sounds good if you say it fast.

This is scary stuff folks and if you do not take action soon watch as the NASDAQ drops like a rock as investors see that the tech sector will not survive regulation by the Washington clowns that know nothing about the internet and how it works try to blow it up, (allegedly)

So Washington is fighting its own people?
Dec 26th, 2010 by lawsuit

In many ways, the idea that a kingdom divided against it self cannot stand is an accurate description.

So what is going on here, we have Washington that is fighting its own people by attempting to force them to do something they do not want to do, sure its for their own good, but where does it stop.

I want to know, where do you draw the line.

What about sugar, there are millions of diabetics, that are not allowed to have sugar but they do it anyway and sometimes they end up in the hospital, you know that costs a lot of money so since there are millions of people out there that do not know they are diabetic, then why not force the people to stop drinking soft drinks with sugar in them this way we can make sure that no one ever get sick and goes to the hospital ever again.

What about forcing them to stop reading a certain book?

What about offending someone, it might be a hate crime, lets just make it illegal to offend anyone.

What about, home owners insurance.

You know that they can force you to have car insurance now, and there are so many fires in a year where they either did not have insurance or they got behind on the payments, why not force them.

Kind of sounds like rape does it not?

That is what this is, forcing a people to do something that is against their will is not constitutional.

So we have now bi-partisan law, where one judge rules one way, and yet another judge rules still another way, based on how they feel.

Is that the law you studied?

Is that the hope and change you voted for?

I want to know because, if you voted to loose your freedom to choose then sadly someday someone will come along and remove your freedom to vote, want to guess what your life will be like then?

I am ashamed of Washington DC, and Congress, we do not live in a country where people are forced to do anything because a third party or special interest believes it is in their best interest.

America is not a country where its people will be forced to do things against their will.

Yet, we have Washington right now, they are appealing, a decision that is 100 percent correct, in the constitution, you cannot force a people who are free to buy insurance from specially designed “exchanges” that are run by special interests, such as some unions, this is not constitutional.

Health care is reform is one thing but this is just thinly disguised graft and corruption run by unions.

It is wrong and the people do not want it.

Unconstitutional Actions by Liberals in congress
Mar 27th, 2010 by lawsuit

Well now we have, more than 14 lawsuits concerning the constitutionality of the new health care take over by the government, (allegedly) you know just how stupid that is, because just about all the members of congress are lawyers, which is why most of the bills, seem like they are just filled with legalese, crazy yes, so why would they do this ignorant stuff knowing that it is not constitutional, unless they really are the hippies from the 60s, I mean even cheech and chong would be smarter than these guys.

What will happen next, some are alleging that some congressman and woman are committing Treason…

Deem and pass, is not constitutional,

Forcing Americans to pay for state sponsored health insurance is not legal and it is unconstitutional.

Americans will not stand for this, This is wrong and this is evil, and americans will not stand for this, it is time to vote them out of office and if you cant deal with that then it is time to take them to the supreme court, because this is wrong and america will not sleep on its rights.

Time to vote the out,
