Tort reform?
Feb 27th, 2010 by lawsuit

What is Tort anyway…  it may sound like a dessert, but it is not…

Tort can be defined as

any wrongdoing for which an action for damages may be brought, generally you can bring a lawsuit for anything…

This is a no brainer, really, it is good for the insurance companies, and it is good for frivolous law suits, really no self respecting attorney would or even should be caught dead filing a frivolous lawsuit…

We need this in order to make health care reform work, without it, you can forget it..,

Tort Reform is needed, in fact it is something that is mandatory if we are going to find a path way to a good future.

Almost 70 percent of small business want tort reform in the health care bill yet, so far nothing…

Are you tired of hearing about how much congress wants to allegedly lie to you all the time?

Is it time for tort reform?

Where are all the constitutional lawyers?
Feb 14th, 2010 by lawsuit

Amazing stuff, but is it for real???

ON a recent show the famous Rush Limbaugh,

was asked a question about why we did not have any litigation in all these constitutional issues that appear to be taking place with the current administration, he never answered the question in stead he just ignored it, I have to wonder why the vaunted verbalist, choose not to answer the question and why?

One thing for sure, when the ACLU attempts to file a lawsuit the WH appears to feel the need to immediately comply.

So one question, why is the GOP sitting on its collective Butts,)

You fight fire with fire, since congress is determined to trample on the constitution of these United states of america, then someone should be standing up for the constitution, like attorneys, for instance.

So what is going on are we no longer under the constitution?

Have we forgotten where we come from?

When a politician says anything to get elected, and then later lies about everything, that is a real problem.

repealing health care graft
Jan 13th, 2010 by lawsuit

Will this garbage be repealed? Chances are yes, along with those that voted for it.

Un constitutional, that is what many are calling the health care bill, will this happen after they pass it, will we have to file charges to block the greedy and allegedly thieving, congress, from selling our nation to the rest of the world at the highest bidder.

Harry reid, nancy P, see you in court?
Jan 13th, 2010 by lawsuit

Is nancy P on her way out?

Well it is shaping up to be a big battle concerning the cornhusker kickback to buy a vote in the senate, sound familiar, that is because it is, what they call pay for play, if our congress keeps going like this eventually they will owe blago an apology, because things are beginning to look like we are corrupt.

FTC tries an end run around the constitution
Oct 7th, 2009 by lawsuit

So what is next, will the political parties have to reveal when they pay liberal bloggers to post?
or will those people be exempt?

Will they publish who pays them for what?

Folks it is a great time to be a constitutional lawyer, because we are looking at yet another case in the works.

The Federal Trade Commission will require bloggers to clearly disclose any freebies or payments they get from companies for reviewing their products.

It is the first time since 1980 that the commission has revised its guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, and the first time the rules have covered bloggers.

But the commission stopped short today of specifying how bloggers must disclose any conflicts of interest.

The FTC said its commissioners voted, 4-0, to approve the final guidelines, which had been expected. Penalties include up to $11,000 in fines per violation.

The rules take effect Dec. 1.

source

Is the world going insane, I tell you what I will tell all, if congress will tell all the payments they receive when a special interest group contributes to their PAC

How does that sound instead of picking on bloggers do you suppose that the FTC might be able to figure out how to stop the bernie madoffs of the world before picking on bloggers?

You really have to wonder about the people in office when they start doing stuff that is clearly unconstitutional.

why health care reform without tort reform is madness
Jul 22nd, 2009 by lawsuit

Health care reform is all over the news, these days, there seems to be little else to talk about even with all the hype this is an explosive topic, the truth is that if medicare is rationed care, not only will thousands of americans die waiting for treatment but thousands more americans will suffer waiting for what they should be getting, because delayed health care is a crisis.

We have to wonder what these democrats are thinking will nancy P, be on the public health care plan?

Can you say a big fat NO.

The truth of this terrible plan is that if Ted Kennedy were on the public health care plan he would have died months ago, while this is a dramatic thing it is also a true thing, If Ted Kennedy were a normal american he would have been sent home to die.

As long as we have a double standard in this country how can we have true health care reform?

Question if we allow the white house to take over health care, will they (those that live in washing DC and are in congress, will have much better health care than you will)

The answer is no, they are going to have their health care program and we will have our health care program, because they do not care about us, they do not care if we live or die, as long as they can tax us they dont care.

Back room deals constitutional?
Jan 2nd, 2009 by lawsuit

Indeed a constitutional issue has cropped its ugly head,,,

A constitutional challenge may be forth coming in the next few days after some back room deals reached by some lawmakers, involving financial rewards for votes, this may violate the constitutional laws as written, I expect that if this were in fact the early 1800s you would find that these people would be removed and recalled from office for political graft. Liars and Evil doers, it is time to put a stop to this stuff and file lawsuits because we are a nation of laws is that not right, is that not what they said?

If we are a nation of laws then we need to make sure that this everyone abides by the same rules of law…

But the truth may be something that no one would even believe, the truth may be that the only people that do not have to abide by the laws are the people that write those same laws, now that is just plain wrong and if you do not believe that, then ask yourself this question. Who will have to abide by the health care reform that the liberal jackals want for you? the answer is everyone but the liberals…

That is just wrong…

I would be happy for health care reform, if the liberals that are in congress and the senate would also be bound by the same laws as I am bound by…

Because, it appears that they want change only for us and not for them and that is just wrong…

Someone needs to file a lawsuit, someone needs to investigate soon….
