Insanity, that is what many people think about the lawsuit of the federal government going against the Constitution, this is truly states rights vs the tenth amendment, what side will you come down on?

To keep and bear arms, states rights, border control, immigration, are just a few of the things that are becoming lawsuits daily…

The supreme court upholds the right of Americans to be An American. You have to wonder about the status of this country when we have to go to court to obtain the rights guaranteed in the constitution, a body of law that has been in place for many years and this body of law that so many liberals, are trying to trample on.

Imagine a world where, only criminals have protection against harm from other people.

If the liberals have their way, only criminals will have guns…

This is really scary and it is not the American way.

Now we have two additional lawsuits, challenging unconstitutional bans of guns, in large American cities where only crooks have guns, amazing stuff.

Are we looking at a new legal standard or is this just some strange and ignorant past life experience.

It appears that the digits in washington have some strange notion about the constitution, i.e. they dont know it exists.

You can have a Merry Christmas and guess what the constitution allows you the freedom to do that.

For millions of Americans all over the world, freedom is worth it all, many of us have sacrificed, family members, for our freedom, sacrificed our childhood, for the freedom you enjoy, it is this freedom that allows, many the freedom to carry a sign around, so make a liberal crazy and wish them a merry Christmas.

was asked a question about why we did not have any litigation in all these constitutional issues that appear to be taking place with the current administration, he never answered the question in stead he just ignored it, I have to wonder why the vaunted verbalist, choose not to answer the question and why?

One thing for sure, when the ACLU attempts to file a lawsuit the WH appears to feel the need to immediately comply.

So one question, why is the GOP sitting on its collective Butts,)

You fight fire with fire, since congress is determined to trample on the constitution of these United states of america, then someone should be standing up for the constitution, like attorneys, for instance.

So what is going on are we no longer under the constitution?

Have we forgotten where we come from?

When a politician says anything to get elected, and then later lies about everything, that is a real problem.

So should we allow the constitution to be trod upon?

We see the world is not as safe as it used to be, some allegedly say that the ACLU could be part of the problem, are you supporting them? If you are demand they take action concerning all aspects of legal problems involving the poor and the indigent, not just those issues that are to the left of main stream america…

That is a scary situation…

So what is next, will the political parties have to reveal when they pay liberal bloggers to post?
or will those people be exempt?

Will they publish who pays them for what?

Folks it is a great time to be a constitutional lawyer, because we are looking at yet another case in the works.

The Federal Trade Commission will require bloggers to clearly disclose any freebies or payments they get from companies for reviewing their products.

It is the first time since 1980 that the commission has revised its guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, and the first time the rules have covered bloggers.

But the commission stopped short today of specifying how bloggers must disclose any conflicts of interest.

The FTC said its commissioners voted, 4-0, to approve the final guidelines, which had been expected. Penalties include up to $11,000 in fines per violation.

The rules take effect Dec. 1.

Is the world going insane, I tell you what I will tell all, if congress will tell all the payments they receive when a special interest group contributes to their PAC

How does that sound instead of picking on bloggers do you suppose that the FTC might be able to figure out how to stop the bernie madoffs of the world before picking on bloggers?

You really have to wonder about the people in office when they start doing stuff that is clearly unconstitutional.

There is the very real possibility that this present administration at the white house is creating an environment where every outgoing administration will have to legally defend all its decisions after they leave office.

That should scare the tar out of politicians and it should have good attorney firms gleefully rubbing their hands together thinking about all the fees that will come from this type of dare I say it, Stupid behavior.

Amazing but true, is the current white house setting up the case where americans will have to pay for the defense of politicians in office that have to defend their decisions, if the next incoming administration does not agree with what they did.

That my friends is crazy but if that is the way they want to go, what is the penalty for violating the constitution?

Is that going to be criminal, Civil, some where in between?

Will eric holder be prosecuted? will the white house be prosecuted for allowing the constitution to be violated?

This just makes no sense at all and a lot of people think this is just not the right way to go for the white house.

This is more important when you think about what is going on, they want to pass a health care reform plan but they cannot even accurately run a cash for clunkers program, that was an alleged failure.

Do they really want to do this? Do they want to play this game? because there are some including blago that seem to think that this is something that democrats do not really want to do because of some of the things in their past and some of the things they are doing behind the scenes.

Folks if you ever thought about what life might be like if Hitler had been successful you are about to find out.

We have a situation here where the constitution is under attack this is the basis of what our nation is all about.

If you care about the law if you care about the constitution you need to pay attention to what is going on in America.

If you fail to do this then we are going to end up in a Communist nation called AmeriKa.

So are you prepared to become communist or something far different?

It may become necessary to file lawsuits to protect the constitution and that is something worth protecting, so if you are studying the constitution then you should pay attention to what is going on today because the constitution is being trampled on by the left and the rest of the country the Majority of the united states cannot allow only 1 percent of the population to determine how we live our lives.

Because they are the few and we are the many.
