Consider this, for the most part, one person, took away the rights of students, Millions and Millions of students.  These students are all guaranteed the constitutional right to do this, yet, one person using an alleged corrupted legal system, made an error in judgement, they abandoned the constitution.

To this day that mistake has resulted in loss of life, murder, rape, drug abuse and
many more horrible things.

Yet you will never see this on the news.

One person went to court and when the rest of the world did not bother to protest this,

(mostly because they did not believe it could happen)

So, what will happen next because so far we have not learned from the past at all, we find ourselves in a situation where enemies of freedom, file a lawsuit just to harass someone, how easy it would be to fix that issue, by passing a law where frivolous lawsuits be punished by fines.

One good example of a frivolous lawsuit was when someone sued Sarah Palin because she wore a jacked with a corporate logo, on the jacket, they claimed that as Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin was not allowed to wear clothing that has advertising on it…

But nothing about that lawsuit was right, it was all wrong, because everyone has a right to step away from their jobs and enjoy life, but we just sat there and allowed them to harass Sarah Palin.

It is a bad thing to allow to happen, just like you would not allow someone to walk into your house and smash out your TV, you would stop them or restrain them from doing you or your family harm.

So, how long will we sit and watch as small groups of people take away the constitutional rights of an entire nation?

How long will we do nothing…

How long will we continue to let small groups of people dictate to us how we live…

one thing is certain if we do not start to recognize the dangers of these problems, and show up in court, with an answer, and the law on our side, then we will soon not be able to do anything in our own homes.

We will have to wear the same colors of clothes, we will all have to eat the same foods, because that is what they are doing, they are trying to make everything the same, that is an impossible thing to do.

It has failed

In some ways we are watching a challenging of our constitution, by the far left, the idea that states do not have the right to protect its citizens, is absurd, however that would seem to be what we are watching in both Alabama and Arizona, Amazing stuff.

The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution’s principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states by the Constitution are reserved, respectively, to the states or the people.

The argument of the left, is that you don’t have the right to ask for identification if you suspect that someone is in your state illegally, however, we have to have a birth certificate if we want to do anything in this nation.

It is like the camel and the eye of the needle analogy, the liberals seem to think that the constitution does not apply to them because they are so smart.

Amazing Washington seems to have forgotton where they came from

Is it something that might be considered an attempt to exterminate a race?

It is legal at all?

The answer is no it is not legal, but some people are very happy that apparently the White House is unable to read the constitution or understand its contents.

In an election year, you might wonder just what were they thinking…

Who knows for sure one thing remains clear, Freedom and choice of religion, is something that cannot be overturned by a fiat…

some people think that this is just what the republicans need to win the election, the White House, and the Senate plus the House, there is a point at which a man must vote and this is that time.

It appears that the one thing preventing the progressive administration from
taking over the constitution is the constitution itself.

Some have said that if our founding fathers had known what is going on in
this country right now, they would stare in disbelief at how ignorant we have
become.

Is the judge that ruled against the constitution and the people of the state of Alabama a racist?

Is this judge doing the will of the constitution at all?

In a news story Fox news reported that this judge allegedly thinks that she has the authority to challenge the constitution?

What kind of a person thinks that they are greater than the millions that have gone before her, men and women who gave their oaths of office.

They swore to protect and defend the constitution of
These United States of America.

What kind of person would do this kind of thing at all?

What kind of person would say that the constitution is not correct?

What kind of person would go against the will of the people of Alabama?

This is why the people are sick of the liberal agenda…

Is it true, the answer is yes it is and yes you can expect to see hope and change but not for health care.

It is interesting that so much of the first two years of this current administration seems to be focused on over reaching legislation that is not constitutional.

A federal judge declared the Obama administration’s health care law unconstitutional Monday, siding with Virginia’s attorney general in a dispute that both sides agree will ultimately be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is a classic states rights vs Federal rights, and the states right are guaranteed in the constitution not so for the feds

The fight is not likely to be over yet, as both sides are in it to win it.

Health care reform may be dead because of the forced continuity of the premiums of health care premiums.

So what is next and how will it effect the quality of health care that you will or will not get?

That is the real question, will you get the help you need when you need it or will because of your age, will they at some point decide that your not worth it anymore.

Did they not Swear, to uphold and protect the Constitution of these United States of America?

Did they not swear that they would do that?

I say that if they, (anyone in Washington that has sworn to protect the Constitution, does not want to do their jobs, they need to get out of office, just resign today, and leave town, in fact, they probably should leave, the country because if they are not going to protect the Constitution then what good are they?

If any liberal, or democrat or republican, objects to the reading of the Constitution as if it were a problem then they are no longer fit for duty and should be removed from office.

Is this the end of freedom?

Where is it written that the TSA has the Authority to regulate Interstate commerce?

Where in the constitution does it allow the TSA to arrest you for refusing to be groped in public or private for that matter, where, I would love to see that because it does not exist, they do not have the right to arrest or fine anyone.

Is this still America or are we now some iron curtain banana republic?

How long will we allow this to go on.

Where is the ACLU?

Where are the human rights advocates?

What is going on when the TSA has more power than the government?

What are they trying to do?

The answers to these questions may be serious and they are definitely dangerous to the freedom of Americans.
