<p>Well it took (allegedly) ATT months to stop advertising the benefits they hoped to get from that company, however, ATT is like a slow moving behemoth.</p>
<p>They have huge backbone resources, many of them mobile, but why cant they seem to keep up with the latest and the greatest?</p>
<p>Will we be better off when only one remains, when less competition, remember how it was like back in the days when you could get a cell phone bill for like 1200.00 per month, probably not, but it was really high in the beginning, simply because there was no competition.</p>
<p><strong>When there is no competition the one thing that is clear is that corporations will get greedy and they will take advantage.<br />
</strong><br />
Well it might be that ATT may not be able to take over Tmobile in its attempts to obtain a better network.</p>
<p>One thing seems to be clear, allegedly most Tmobile users do not want to have anything to do with ATT, why is that?</p>
<p>For one thing ATT has a reputation of not providing very good service, just do a google search for angry, customers, and you will find millions of them. In fact, I was a customer of ATT for 5 years, paid them $79.00 a month without fail for 5 years, and what did they do when it came time to treat me better than say some slob they did not know jack about?</p>
<p>You got it they treated me like any other slob, but you have to ask how is that possible when I was a good customer for 5 years, in any other market I would be treated well even likely treated like a VIP, but not at ATT, at ATT your nothing your a big fat zero, your a number, and you know what else, people at Tmobile do not want to be treated that way and if I was with Tmobile and this (un-healthy) merger were to go through I would drop them like a hot potato.</p>
<p>The simple fact here is that this is why we have laws to protect consumers from large companies that would allegedly seek to do harm to its customers without fear of retribution because they are so big that they cannot fail, right?</p>
<p>Well one thing seems clear here Tmobile should not be ATT, Go find some other company to bully you jerks, hmm, alleged, jerks.</p>

<p>My fellow advertisers, and webmasters, let me say that the time for truth in advertising is about to show up and for some in a really ugly way.</p>
<p>Yes, for years, we have had to endure the pictures of 2 foot hamburgers, (literally) that is just how big they are, and they are made from silicone, and other very unnatural ingredients.   The days of showing hamburgers that look good to eat but are really not eatable as all are about to come to a screeching halt.</p>
<p>As you may be aware the FTC recently outlines its revisions, concerning guides to advertising, for the most part concerning endorsement and testimony, but there were a few other areas that seem to have received some attention.</p>
<p>The main thing is that it appears that at long last, since having these rules, laws, or what ever you want to call them that perhaps finally we the consumers, will actually see some of these companies that have been breaking, bending, folding and mutilating, these rules for so many years, actually have to stop deceptive advertising practices, perhaps an unintended consequence to some revisions in the FTC guides.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Would it not be ever so cool if they actually enforced the laws that we have now?</strong></p>
<p>It is amazing how years and years ago they passed, these laws, yet, it just seems to go un enforced.</p>

<p>Recently the president signed into law a whole new set of rules for credit card companies, many are saying that it is very unfair to those people who have good credit, however, it seems only logical that the credit system is basically broken as it is and this new law does nothing to help.</p>
<p>The new credit laws, do not really do much to help the consumer as it allow the credit card companies to penalize those people who pay their bills on time.</p>
<p>The problem here is that people that have credit cards and dont really need them will not pay for service fees and extra fees.</p>
<p>They will just terminate them with prejudice.</p>

<p>It is the old adage, those who need credit, cant get credit and those that dont need credit can get all they want and more.</p>
<p>Does this make any sense at all?</p>
<p>No, actually it does not make any sense at all, however these companies will do just that, they will start out sending out increases in fees annual fees and more.</p>
<p>Which will result in consumers just canceling the card and paying in cash.</p>
<p>After all they dont need the credit, it is just those people that need credit that will pay the fees, so how is this going to help the market?</p>
<p>The answer is that it will not help the market at all.</p>

<p>Over the last few years, it has become popular to provide a cornucopia of different restrictive license agreements, these terms of use, tend to represent only one side of the agreement and that this the provider side of the agreement. </p>
<p>In reality there are always two sides to every agreement. </p>
<p>However most of the time these agreements are made up by lawyers who represent only one side and that is the provider side of the agreement, leaving the consumer out of the equation.</p>
<p>Consumers or buyers have rights yet for the most part these restrictive license agreements do not acknowledge consumer rights at all, this is a problem because of how these agreements tend to bend and then break the law of the land.</p>
<p>There has been a steadily growing number of companies that are moving to these restrictive license agreements, to the point that these license agreements have begun to impinge on the rights of buyers, some of these agreements even state that the buyer has no rights.</p>
<p>Which makes the agreement null and void, from a legal standpoint.</p>
<p>When you deny the rights of buyers in an agreement then the agreement is of no value.</p>
<p>In one example a service provider that sells access to files, has such a restrictive license system that the buyer often becomes so confused and lost that the buyer just gives up and goes to another venue where they have a friendly licensing system, at least that is what is happening in many of these cases. </p>
<p>The funny thing is that these companies stand around wondering why their sales go down and wondering what they can do to get their sales back up again, yet they have no idea what the problem is, so how can you communicate the problems you have with a company that has overly reaching restrictions concerning license files.</p>
<p>Simple just stop buying from them, stop spending money and let them know why you are no longer a customer.</p>

<p><strong>After looking through several alleged complaints from consumers and seeing first hand what can happen</strong></p>
<p><strong>to packages at times using this service.</strong></p>
<p>We did a search online for problems associated with UPS and its package <a href="http://www.unitedpackagesmashers.com/">delivery services. </a></p>
<p>There were a number of complaints which appear to be related to insurance and some have complained<br />
that this is actually insurance fraud, however, that is alleged at this point, there may also be some<br />
class action lawsuits out there that are in the process of being filed over the handling of packages.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.unitedpackagesmashers.com/">The first thing that apparently happens </a>is that your claim is automatically denied this is even before anyone<br />
sees or inspects the package, which is dishonest at best and a lie at the worst.</p>
<p>But that is just an opinion, or is it, because we recently shipped a package which was returned by the consignee,<br />
Stating that the unit had been damaged and in fact after we inspected the package it was in fact so damaged that<br />
it did not even resemble the package that we shipped.</p>
<p>UPS stated that they would not cover any damage because it was not packaged according to their standards.</p>
<p>However, we did package the item according to the standards that they published and we found that this is<br />
a common excuse for not paying a claim, we have pictures before and after, and you will not believe the mess<br />
that they caused, and the condition of the package, it was obviously run over by a fork lift.</p>
<p>WHAT?  you have to ask that right, ok someone hit my package with a forklift and caused about $400.00 in damages and<br />
they say they are not going to pay for anything, they damaged the package beyond repair and feel no responsibility to<br />
do anything, that is sick my friends.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.unitedpackagesmashers.com/">UPS apparently is having many of these problems</a>, with regard to how the packages are handled.</p>
<p>So we plan on filing suit in Federal Court for violations of the UCC Uniform Commercial Code in relation to possible fraud in insurance and regulations regarding<a href="http://www.unitedpackagesmashers.com/"> </a></p>
