Have they even read the constitution, or do they know how to read?
You might wonder, if they understand it at all, for those who payed attention in civics, class, they call it a balance of power for a reason.
You would think that perhaps they have not, there is a reason the founding fathers made the constitution so that no one branch of power would have complete control over the government, it is the reason after all that we became a nation separate from where we came from.
Are they stupid?
Are they insane?
Are they Nuts?
Has the EPA as some suggest over stepped it boundary of power, by intentionally misinterpreting, a supreme court ruling?
Many fear that the EPA may make a serious mistake by trying to become a dictator?
What, no way the EPA would try something as stupid as that right, well some people think the supreme court makes policy.
What Again no way…
Because the supreme court does not make changes to the constitution.
So, consider that, Mr. EPA because the constitution says that you do not have to power to enforce your rule over America.
Rumors abound about lawsuits that will be filled soon against the EPA should they attempt to take over the Government by enforcing a mistaken ruling by the Supreme court, because the constitution is still the rule of law and even the supreme court does not have the right to supersede the constitution.
As well were you to ask the opinion of the Supreme court you would find that they never intended the EPA to attempt to enforce the ruling they made in the way they have interpreted it, In fact some argue that even now the court would hear a brief on the matter and rule accordingly.
So all you constitutional lawyers and scholars out there, step up to the plate, because it is time to make a name for yourself.

The preverbal question, should the lawyers be blamed or should the drug companies be blamed, water cooler talk aside, I saw this one coming down the pike a long time ago, in fact it remains to be seen if there may be some long term effects on reproductive health, (allegedly) and this is only an un-educated, opinion, so dont get too excited.
The problem here is that playing around with the human reproductive organs is bound to have some really bad side effects, more so when you attempt to deceive, as the old saying goes, oh what tangled webs we weave when first we practice to deceive, this is of course not human deception but chemical deception, fooling the body into thinking that it is already pregnant, and so not releasing eggs into the reproductive tract, as well as the idea that the menstrual cycle, is interrupted, any time you interfere with the bodies designed course of action, pardon the pun, you are headed for trouble.
However after all the clever talk it is important to realize that there may indeed be some long term sterility, concerns, what, oh, now that is bad, yes it is, but it is a risk that many women will take which is sort of a bad sign, it is not as if they go blindly into the idea that birth control is safe, it is in fact not safe at all.

You have to wonder what the heck is going on in America when Michael Vick is the number one story but this story is not covered.

It is time for the law to take the pen and prove that it is indeed mighty, Has it come to this where we are going to have to get a lawyer to keep the far left in this country from sending out the Fat police and the Thought Police, to tell us what we can think, to tell us how much we can eat before we become a burden on society?
This may sound crazy however, it is not, this is exactly what is going to happen soon if the people do not stand up and vote the clowns out of office.

What is going on with the police these days, are they not being trained? We know they have a hard job to do.
Or is it that they have a really though job and they just do not know how to successfully deal with this type of stress on the job?
We have to ask because of the recent “Stupidly” comments by our president is in my opinion right on.
It is stupid, to arrest a man in his own property… Even if he is upset and giving some feedback…
Why because you could just walk away! Yes, amazing I know but yes, when the police are on private property they can just walk away and find another situation that is much more deserving of their hard work and time.
If the police showed up on your door step and starting treating you like a criminal, how would you react?
There is much to be learned, here, no matter how you stack it up and even if they all go to the white house and sing songs and drink beer, the police should have handled it differently why?
Because in recent years the police have been over steeping their authority in ways that are very disturbing, in ways that violate the constitution of the united states, but we looked the other way because of 911 and that was perhaps a good thing, however, now there are a lot of these so called big cases where, it has become easier to arrest a person for buying drugs than it is to arrest the drug dealer, we find that disturbing and we look to the white house for a solution to this problem.
So after all that we have learned, I have to agree, yes,
It is stupid to allow the situation to get so far out of control, when it could have been avoided by just a little diplomacy…
The problem here is that for some reason the police have come to believe that they can do anything and get away with it.
It sometimes looks like we are in a police state and if that is happening it needs to stop…
WE are not a police state and the police need to be reminded that people run the government not the police.
