One of the most important components of any TIC investment is the TIC: attorney opinion letter. Most PPMs of securitized TICs will, or at least should, include the TIC: attorney opinion letter, and so it is something that all investors and potential investors should be aware and understanding of.

What it is

The TIC: attorney opinion letter is used in particular situations. Occasionally, TIC interests are treated as real estate rather than as securities, and in this situation a TIC: attorney opinion letter can be used.

Sponsors here obtain legal opinions from their own law firms, stating that the TIC interests they are selling are interests in real estate, rather than securities. The client can then use this opinion and rely on it, and can even seek to obtain damages from the party that gave the opinion if any of it proves to be false or if the opinion turns out to be incorrect in some way.

TIC promoters and investors in TICs should exercise all the caution and prudence that they can, in order to best protect themselves and also to ensure that the entire process goes through as smoothly as possible. There are many ways that one can do this, one being that if the Master Lease arrangement should be used to avoid the prohibition on the use of a single name.

In this and similar cases, a TIC: attorney opinion letter should be obtained in order to negate any possible tax penalties.

Pros and Cons

In general, it is important to be aware of the pros and cons of something before going through with it, and the same rule applies to the TIC financing option. There are a lot of different factors that one should consider when purchasing a TIC. Whether there have been any evictions on the property they are considering, how long the current TIC partners have been in place, and how many units are in the building, for instance, are all relevant and very important to take into consideration here.

Although they do hold many benefits, TICs are also quite risky, and are subject to changes in legislation that could offer a negative blow at any point. Because of this it is important for anyone even just considering investing in a TIC to make themselves more educated and to speak to a professional in this area so they can get help in deciding whether this is going to be a smart financial move for them or not.

I tell you what should be next that is filing charges of vindictive prosecution against the ignorance of those people that filed these recidivous charges against this man they knew it was wrong and the judge knew it was wrong to file murder charges, The jury found the man not guilty, yes, that is right.

Now it is time to file charges against the people of that town in Kentucky because what they did was wrong.
Charges should be filed, civil charges need to be filed the damages should be in the millions, why because they knew what they did was wrong yet they did it anyway they did it allegedly for publicity.

They ruined a mans life because of publicity, no one is saying that what happened was not wrong, ok, you know that too right, good, because what he did was wrong but it was not reckless homicide, and the DA knew this going into the trial and yet did nothing to stop it.

Is UPS engaging in an alleged insurance scam? Or are they doing something different, some say they are allegedly paying insurance claims based on who you are and not on the circumstances of the claim.

After looking through several alleged complaints from consumers and seeing first hand what can happen

to packages at times using this service.

We did a search online for problems associated with UPS and its package delivery services.

There were a number of complaints which appear to be related to insurance and some have complained
that this is actually insurance fraud, however, that is alleged at this point, there may also be some
class action lawsuits out there that are in the process of being filed over the handling of packages.

The first thing that apparently happens is that your claim is automatically denied this is even before anyone
sees or inspects the package, which is dishonest at best and a lie at the worst.

But that is just an opinion, or is it, because we recently shipped a package which was returned by the consignee,
Stating that the unit had been damaged and in fact after we inspected the package it was in fact so damaged that
it did not even resemble the package that we shipped.

UPS stated that they would not cover any damage because it was not packaged according to their standards.

However, we did package the item according to the standards that they published and we found that this is
a common excuse for not paying a claim, we have pictures before and after, and you will not believe the mess
that they caused, and the condition of the package, it was obviously run over by a fork lift.

WHAT? you have to ask that right, ok someone hit my package with a forklift and caused about $400.00 in damages and
they say they are not going to pay for anything, they damaged the package beyond repair and feel no responsibility to
do anything, that is sick my friends.

UPS apparently is having many of these problems, with regard to how the packages are handled.

So we plan on filing suit in Federal Court for violations of the UCC Uniform Commercial Code in relation to possible fraud in insurance and regulations regarding

bailment for hire.

Why does UPS do its customers dirty and do they cheat their customers out of the service they claim they provide.?

If you cannot afford an attorney and want to learn more about how you can defend yourself then
you should definitely take a look at this company.

Insurance fraud amounts to hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages every year yet most of the time it is allow to go on without any exception, there are methods of determining if you are being victimized by insurance fraud.

One common method is to create a circumstance where someone has a rear end collision where one car darts in front of another car and hits the breaks very quickly.

One way to tell if this has happened is to give yourself plenty of room between the car in front of you and your car follow the six second rule and keep as much room between the vehicle in front of you as you can.

This way you can keep your insurance rates low and avoid those people who attempt to create a fraudulent claim.

Fraud is rampant in larger cities, so keep your eyes open, if you see an older car that is moving in and out of traffic look out they could be looking for you.
