Type of Attorney – Attorney and Lawyer Information

Is google about to make a huge mistake?

Over the last few months Google has been quietly and allegedly terminating accounts, suspending ad words accounts, and doing so in a way that might actually be illegal?

Who would do something like that more so if your a company that says do no evil?

One thing may be about to change and it is something that you should be very aware about.

In so many ways, big corporate business is strangling the life out of the internet.

They are forcefully creating a situation where only large companies with more money to spend on advertising can be successful.

This is wrong…

When only large corporations are afforded the ability to advertise and the regular public as well as small business (mom and pop) business are excluded this is wrong.

In so many ways, allegedly google has done more evil than anyone even realizes, (allegedly)

Types of Legal Plans

Is prepaid right for you and will it actually save you any money at all?

the answer is perhaps not, when dealing with a legal issue it is often better to have an attorney on retainer.

That way is you have an issue that comes up you can often just make a quick phone call and get it fixed up right away.
being able to do that is a great feeling.

A prepaid legal plan is a scheme based on the payment in advance of a set
fee to defray the cost of providing future legal services to the members
enrolled in the scheme. They vary in cost, scope of legal coverage provided
and how the legal services are provided. We will look at the different
types of pre-paid legal plans available in the United States and how to
enroll into them

An individual pre-paid legal plan is readily accessible to the general
public. There are two types of individual plans: access and comprehensive.
An access pre-paid legal plan is the most basic plan. It is designed to
give easy access to lawyer and a set of simple legal services for a low
cost. Basic services furnished include unlimited toll-free phone access to
your attorney for consultation and advice, letters written by the lawyer on
your behalf, brief office consultation and the drafting or review of simple
legal documents.

Complex legal issues not covered will be subject to an hourly or flat rate
negotiable with your provider

The comprehensive plan goes beyond basic legal services, to offer more
complex and comprehensive coverage for a premium in cost. Generally, all
the benefits of an access plan are provided at no cost to you, plus a
broader range of services like drafting complicated legal documents,
negotiations with adverse parties, legal representation in court cases such
as divorce and child custody. They also cover all the costs involved in a
legal litigation. Comprehensive plans typically start at $300 per year and
are most beneficial to middle-class families.

A group legal plan is typically sponsored by an organization as a fringe
benefit to its members. The lawyer or law firm contracted provides free or
low-cost legal coverage to all members of the sponsoring organization.
Employers, labor unions and even universities are now increasingly
offering group legal plans to enhance the value of their benefits package
and reduce the cost of administrative burden. Law firms are contracted to
provide participating members telephone and office consultation for their
most frequently needed legal matters. These typically include: Preparation
of wills and trusts, document preparation and review, debt and real estate
matters and family law.

Additional legal coverage can be contracted according to a fee schedule
negotiable between the plan sponsor and provider, and publicized to
participating members.

Legal help when you need it…

About every where you look these days someone is getting sued.

Perhaps you have seen this on TV, where some one says they are going to call their lawyer, and you know what the police say most of the time, (your under arrest)

What do you think would happen, if you needed help but did not have even a phone number?

When you said I am going to call my lawyer, if you did not have a lawyer, what good would it do?

I can tell you that you may yell I will call my lawyer all you want but no one will hear you scream…

Did you know that according to statistics, that more than 30 percent of everyday ordinary people will need the help of a lawyer.

Did you know that the average cost to those people who are not prepared for this eventuality, will be more than five thousands dollars, and in some cases more than ten thousand dollars…

Have you ever thought about what you would do in the event legal trouble came your way?

Even if you think that you will never ever need help, did you know that the statistics, are stacked against you.

Well, you are in good company most people never consider that they may need legal help until the time that help would do the most good has already passed.   Take for instance, the recent and tragic news about the young man who used his money, and political clout to get out of trouble.

While that may be a bad example, the real truth is that people that have money dont go to jail nearly as often as their peers in the same or similar circumstances, the truth is not fair, but it is what it is.

The only way that you can even the odds is by having a lawyer you can call on if you need him or her.

Do not wait until you need legal advise to find a good lawyer, because for every good lawyer there are 30 bad ones, (allegedly)

Sorry for the lawyer joke, but in many cases it is not a joke at all.

Just like every professional vocation, you can get bad advice…

So if you are wondering about how you can find a good lawyer, then read on because it could make the difference between your going to jail, or getting probation, having a good lawyer can mean your freedom.

How much is your freedom worth to you?

One hundred bucks…

Two hundred….

Three hundred…

When the time comes and you need help, I can tell you that having a lawyer and I mean one that will pick up the phone and make calls on your behalf, now that is priceless.

Think about, it…

Even if you just come in for a quick consultation, you can learn a lot and I can tell you that having a good attorney can make all the difference in the world.

Sharing pensions after divorce ? Have legal opinion

Now this is just plain, wrong, but the world is different even in the usa, right?

Pensions are an important portion of our assets. Commonly when couples register for a divorce, pensions are not included in the total assets. Pension can be a important portion of any person’s overall income but most people forget to include it while calculating the assets.

This debate has been running for long and couples have always been confused whether pension should be counted in the overall assets while filing a divorce. This looks to be a tough subject to many and you will find more of your questions answered here once you have read more.

The asset division in every divorce case may be different and it depends upon many factors. If you believe that it is the same in every legal case, then you may be wrong. There are a few regulations but then the final settlement may not be identical for different couples.

The pension divorce calculators can be employed to have an idea about how the pension must be divided among the two. It is then up to the court to make a decision on the final agreement about how the pension and other assets will be split.

Such a situation may at best be averted and you must make an arrangement yourself after taking the suggestions of your attorney.

In divorce cases, conflicts related to pensions may get complicated. So there is a requirement for a attorney to chip in to make an arrangement that is good for both the parties. As the couple can not reach an arrangement on their own, it is necessary to take help of an expert divorce and pension attorney.

You may finally decide on something that is suitable to you and your lawyer can aid you in every way to suggest something as per the pension divorce calculator.

In many cases, the wife does not demand the husband’s pension. But if she has done her homework and the lawyer is ready to ask for it, then she may get successful.

Get more information about divorce and pensions. Find a good pensions calculator here.
