Should a judge be held accountable?
Mar 9th, 2010 by lawsuit

Just now we saw a story that aired on fox news where an offender had moved across from a school, yet there was nothing that could be done, that is just plain wrong…

While we know that currently a judge is not held accountable when they release a man like the gentleman that allegedly murdered three and possibly more young women in california?

It is apparent that the signs were in fact there, allegedly the doctor involved with the treatment of this man, allegedly stated that he would offend again, yet he was unleashed on these young ladies.

It is a tragic example of what happens when you ignore the warning signs.

Not only were these young women allegedly abducted during daylight hours but they thought they were safe, they thought that they could go jogging in public with out the fear of a predator walking the streets, did they have that expectation?

Perhaps not, at least now we know that it is not safe to do this at all.

But is this judge responsible for this?

Is this judge now responsible for people all over the USA feeling less safe?

Is it his fault that these three young women are no longer alive?

That is the question and it is really a good question, if a judge were held accountable how many of these predators would be released early? Probably not many…

Our children should be happy, they deserve to have the opportunity to live in a free society…

life lock alleged lies?
Feb 27th, 2010 by lawsuit

Life lock insanity, you see these alleged commercials where people are crying on TV, Crying and whining, is that right?

What do you think of this?

It is more likely that you would ever receive a benefit from an alleged low benefit insurance policy.

Could it be true? Say it Aint so, allegedly there are several of these companies that prey on americans, they create the fear then they create the product to assuage that fear, now that my friends is ambulance chasing to the next degree. These fly by night companies for the most part, are just a poor excuse for an insurance company, that is why the price for the service is so low.

Identity theft is a big problem and it is becoming even more of a problem, but lets be truthful for a moment, if you are a victim how much protection do you think that 9.95 will buy you, think about that for a moment, at the rates of today, how much money would you have to spend if you had to hire someone to fix an identity theft problem?

Constitutional Lawsuits

Now hear this, we have constitutional issues that have not been litigated out of some misguided fear of this current administration, so if you really love the law then it is time to defend it,

Protesters Beat and mauled by police?
Sep 28th, 2009 by lawsuit

Are they getting out of hand with trying to keep the peace?

or are they just doing their jobs?

Holy Banshee, what is the deal with this stuff.

Some wonder, if that is something that can be done or if it is something that has to be done.

Police should do everything to resolve a situation before force is needed, it is a hard job and  for the most part most people can not do this job, yet it is a job that is so political that many police officers are finding it almost impossible to do in the right way.

It is truly a catch 22 situation, if you do or if you dont you still have the same problems.

Police see the very worst of humanity on a daily basis, every day every month every year, they see the worst of us, often they do not have friends outside the police community, very often they do not even trust anyone outside the community.

In some cases they do not even trust many that are in the community, this creates a real problem for these lets say it, heros, because you have to be one to do this job for long.

So, is there not something that can be done to help these people because they are human too but they have to deal with the worst of what it means to be human, so as a consequence of that inconvenient truth, they very often react first then think later because that could be the difference between life and death, this kind of situation leads to danger for the public, more so if the officer is tired.

So again, what can be done, and what should be done, in the last few weeks, stats came out that suggest that there is an increase in officer suicide, even more problematic is that in some cases, assisted suicide could be taking place and that is something that needs to be handled.

However the problem is that for most officers, visiting a shrink goes on your record and that is also something you do not want, which leads to more officers needing some form of help, even if it is just someone to talk to without fear of that private conversation going public.

Which leads you back to the catch 22 situation all over again.

One thing remains clear, these men and women need not only help but they need understanding, because without them we are all in trouble.
