Perhaps you have seen these so called Super Internet Marketing Gurus that go around selling all manner of things from PDF files to Video Disks, all claiming to make you rich or give you some advantage over the other people out there selling the same thing.
Or perhaps you have been a victim of some of these fly by night marketers yourself.
Well the good guys may be coming to the rescue or so it would seem.
Over the last few weeks there has been open talk about how the new FTC revised guides might or might non effect these Internet Marketing Gurus that sell allegedly insubstantial, products online that many say are nothing more than vapor ware, or allegedly all promise and no real product that can provide the results that are claimed.
In a recent forum discussion online, the question was put to some of these marketers and they were not concerned, in fact some of these alleged, perverted manipulator’s, actually insulted people who raised the question of the obligation these sellers or Internet Marketers have in selling products.
They allegedly called them some of these customers sheeple that would fall for any sales pitch and that there was allegedly nothing that any one could do about it.
That to me is nothing short of just amazing, is it really that way, is there really nothing that can be done about these alleged sorry low life, slum buckets?
Not if you read the FTC guides in Advertising as it relates to new media.
What these alleged Gurus are doing is deceptive and in fact is depriving people of money they cannot afford to loose, the question remains will the FTC step in and take action or will they allow this to continue, no one knows for sure, but apparently and allegedly the Internet Marketers online are not afraid, and they do not allegedly even care.
It seems like they are crying for someone to come in and make an example of them.
The problem is that there are literally so many of these (marginal sellers making promises of how much money you can make online, and failing to deliver on those promises that it is almost impossible to really effectively combat them)
Life lock insanity, you see these alleged commercials where people are crying on TV, Crying and whining, is that right?

It is more likely that you would ever receive a benefit from an alleged low benefit insurance policy.
Could it be true? Say it Aint so, allegedly there are several of these companies that prey on americans, they create the fear then they create the product to assuage that fear, now that my friends is ambulance chasing to the next degree. These fly by night companies for the most part, are just a poor excuse for an insurance company, that is why the price for the service is so low.
Identity theft is a big problem and it is becoming even more of a problem, but lets be truthful for a moment, if you are a victim how much protection do you think that 9.95 will buy you, think about that for a moment, at the rates of today, how much money would you have to spend if you had to hire someone to fix an identity theft problem?
Warning this is a sad story, but it is a story that needs to be told.
Is there no justice any more? Can you be a judge and still make this kind of mistake?
What? No way, this is an outrage, that a judge in texas can make a ruling without any type of followup or even making a single phone call? Something is really bad wrong in the state of texas… Police forced the boy into the custody of his father and as it turned out, it was a really horrible mistake, You just have to wonder, what were they thinking…
You see the coverage and you see the boy, should not there have been some type of alarm bell going off in the minds of the police, they have no problem, disrupting, the lives of thousands of other texans, but when it comes to some low level judge suddenly, there can be no questions asked?

In texas the police can pull a frightened and obviously terrified boy who did not want to go with his father, but when it comes to fighting real crime…
Sort of makes you wonder what is going on in the law enforcement community…
Naturally, we understand that this an exception to the rule and we know that, but it just really makes you mad to watch how often the police get it wrong, and how often they could just use some common sense and there could be a very different result.
So really what is going on with this type of enforcement, you see how often people are going to jail for non violent crimes, while certain areas of most large cities, ( the south usually) are no fly zones.
Could it be that it is easier to pick on non violent suspects than to go after those gang banging buddies.
Could it be that it is safer to go after someone with a parking ticket than to go after a drug dealer?
Could it be that is is easier to take a child away from his mother than to make a phone call first?
You just have to wonder and you know it is a tough job, sure everyone understands that, but if they are going to do the job can they not do it the right way?
There are several lawsuits over citizens, (Voters) being beat up allegedly, by union members, again allegedly, this is a problem because, we have seen video that suggests that not only is this happening but people are going to jail and lawsuits are being filed.
It is time to push back, if you have been assaulted by alleged union members, call a lawyer, it is something that you really need to make sure you do, because this is insanity and it is just a matter of time before someone will put one of these alleged thugs down the hard way.
There is one thing that I have learned no matter how big and bad you think you are, someone will come along that is bigger.
