More Tazer problems
Mar 4th, 2010 by lawsuit

I just have one thing to say, Training, Training Training, we need more of it, Police officers have the toughest job dealing with civilians, and it is not easy, they are human, and as such subject to making mistakes, better training will help stop these lawsuits, there is no reason for this…

repealing health care graft
Jan 13th, 2010 by lawsuit

Will this garbage be repealed? Chances are yes, along with those that voted for it.

Un constitutional, that is what many are calling the health care bill, will this happen after they pass it, will we have to file charges to block the greedy and allegedly thieving, congress, from selling our nation to the rest of the world at the highest bidder.

Cop Killer shot and killed…
Dec 1st, 2009 by lawsuit

This is surly a sad story, with four police officers that paid the ultimate price so that we could remain free, it is amazing that these men and women can do this job at all knowing that around the next corner, it might end in a very bad way yet they still get up in the morning and do the job.

Now we have this story, the story of a man who just because he could shot and killed four police officers, this is just evil, it is no wonder that we so often see cops that over react, because they just do not know what to expect, when you see stories like this one, you have to know that it really weighs on the minds of police officers all across the nation.

No matter the outcome here our thoughts and prayers, go out to these officers families.

Swat teams called in to clear the area, family and friends of this man reportedly helped him in his efforts to escape.

Police saves life, rolls up on assault, one for the good guys
Sep 24th, 2009 by lawsuit

It is not all bad, though we often only tend to see the bad, when the police do the wrong thing so when they do the job everyone should know that they did the right thing, now that is a good thing.

Police out of control? or just loosing patience?
Jul 28th, 2009 by lawsuit

What is going on with the police these days, are they not being trained?  We know they have a hard job to do.

Or is it that they have a really though job and they just do not know how to successfully deal with this type of stress on the job?

We have to ask because of the recent “Stupidly” comments by our president is in my opinion right on.

It is stupid, to arrest a man in his own property… Even if he is upset and giving some feedback…

Why because you could just walk away!   Yes, amazing I know but yes, when the police are on private property they can just walk away and find another situation that is much more deserving of their hard work and time.

If the police showed up on your door step and starting treating you like a criminal, how would you react?

There is much to be learned, here, no matter how you stack it up and even if they all go to the white house and sing songs and drink beer, the police should have handled it differently why?

Because in recent years the police have been over steeping their authority in ways that are very disturbing, in ways that violate the constitution of the united states, but we looked the other way because of 911 and that was perhaps a good thing, however, now there are a lot of these so called big cases where, it has become easier to arrest a person for buying drugs than it is to arrest the drug dealer, we find that disturbing and we look to the white house for a solution to this problem.

So after all that we have learned, I have to agree, yes,

It is stupid to allow the situation to get so far out of control, when it could have been avoided by just a little diplomacy…

The problem here is that for some reason the police have come to believe that they can do anything and get away with it.

It sometimes looks like we are in a police state and if that is happening it needs to stop…

WE are not a police state and the police need to be reminded that people run the government not the police.

Big time law suits ensue over GM bankruptcy
Jun 1st, 2009 by lawsuit

Many people are saying that the GM gangrupcty, no definition needed, on that one, so what we are seeing is that many dealers are calling for an investigation on dealers that were chosen to be closed down.

Many are saying that there were special considerations involved.

If you lost your job because of this fiasco, contact a lawer because you may have a case against GM and the GOV.

Many are saying that the process was biased and that the bankruptcy is flawed that federal laws have been broken.

Special prosecutors are flying in right now as we speak, because this is going to be the biggest scandal of all time.
