<p>The supreme court upholds the right of Americans to be An American. You have to wonder about the status of this country when we have to go to court to obtain the rights guaranteed in the constitution, a body of law that has been in place for many years and this body of law that so many liberals, are trying to trample on.</p>
<p>Imagine a world where, only criminals have protection against harm from other people.</p>
<p>If the liberals have their way, only criminals will have guns&#8230;</p>
<p>This is really scary and it is not the American way.</p>
<p>Now we have two additional lawsuits, challenging unconstitutional bans of guns, in large American cities where only crooks have guns, amazing stuff.</p>

<p>Rumors, abound and are speculation at this point, but many feel that if pressure from the current administration, which is not friendly to business, allegedly, that is not union, allegedly, </p>
<p>The first thing that needs to be done here is to clear the air, because everyone has been calling this an oil spill and that is not accurate.</p>
<p>It is a leak, and a man made one at that&#8230;</p>

<p>Oil spill lawsuits, have you been effected?   There are indications that the amount of money being spent, on advertising, is allegedly more than what is being spent on helping the people who are unable to make a living due to the oil spill. </p>
<p>No one knows for sure, and if that is true why not?</p>
<p>Why are they not doing all they can to really stop this thing, it is common to spend big bucks on a PR, image campaign, while spending less to fix the problem, just look at Toyota, allegedly spending a huge sum of money to enhance image and PR, while not doing much allegedly for the customer. </p>
<p>It seems like the corporate thing to do, the only thing missing from the recent ad was a tear slowing streaming down his face, amazing stuff I know, I am not convinced that they are doing all they could be doing, allegedly. </p>
<p>So what is up with this kind of stuff, we have a company that could be doing more, but it seems like they are not doing all they can.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well now we have an unconstitutional, Bill that we have been given by slight of hand, by the betrayal of the American people, and the liberals run around crowing like they have done some great thing, what they have done is to spit on the graves of our fore fathers, they have defiled the memory of my father who fought for his country and sacrificed precious family time to defend our nation against all who would come against us. </p>
<p>Then we hear people like old sour kraut, who talks about how we should all just shut up&#8230;</p>
<p>Wrong, this will not stand, it is not constitutional the american people do not want it and we will repeal it.</p>
<p>Now 14 states have filed lawsuits and there will be more, when small men attempt to oppress the people it is wrong we cannot allow liberals to dictate to the american people as if we are just an after thought, this behavior is wrong, it is like they think we are a third world country and we have to do what ever they say, This is america and we have the constitution which you swore an oath to uphold, if you were not going to uphold that oath you should have refused to take that oath.</p>
<p>It is We the people, not you the one, I sure hope you understand that, because right now it looks like megalomania. </p>
<p>That is a real problem, we need people in washington that will stand up for the people not fall for anything.</p>
<p> Attorneys general in 11 states warned that lawsuits will be filed to stop the federal government overstepping its constitutional powers and usurping states&#8217; sovereignty.</p>
<p>The idea that we have to act to protect our rights as citizens is disturbing, not only as an american but also as a patriot, American values still have a meaning, liberals have not managed to remove our valor, Americans from the beginning of our nation have given their lives, sacrificed precious things, and given every thing they had so that we could be free from the tyranny of men who would enslave us, slavery is wrong, be it because of the color of the skin, the gender of the person, the way of life you choose, it is wrong to enslave or oppress people based on any of these things, the constitution guarantees this, liberals hate the constitution because it is the only thing that stands in their way.</p>

Use some common sense, people have to live and poor folks depend on low prices at walmart just to get by, most days, if folks could not save a few dollars each month shopping at walmart they could very well end up starving to death, all for what?</p>
<p>Is walmart going union, and will it cost thousands of people their jobs?  Amazing I know but that is what it appears, we have a company that is trying to tell walmart how to run its own business, what is up with that garbage, are they crazy or have they just been to the white house 22 times?</p>
<p>Allegedly, unions, have purchased, clout, and that is something that is dangerous. </p>
<p>What what next will they tell you how much pork you can eat, will it be hey you have already had bacon once this week and you know that we know what is best for you so you cant eat what you want to eat any longer&#8230;</p>
<p>I remember in my home town there used to be a large tire plant that employed hundreds of people in the local economy, they payed millions in taxes, and support local charities.</p>
<p>The Unions, allegedly said that they would go on strike if their DEMANdS were not complied with.<br />
The company said hey we can do a little but we cant do that, and if you go on strike then we will close the doors, the Unions allegedly went on strike and the company closed the plant and opened up in Mexico, (allegedly) leaving hundreds and hundreds of people out of work&#8230;</p>
<p>Excuse me but where is the ACLU when you need them, are they really helping america any more?</p>
<p>Or is it as some allege that that the ACLU has sold out to the left&#8230;</p>
<p>I think that it is time for the ACLU to stand up and protect the people like they claim they have done in the past, it is time to stand up and man up or woman up&#8230;</p>
<p>If you can file lawsuits against christians, then you had better file lawsuits against the opposing factions, fair play is fair play&#8230;</p>

<p>Cyber law or internet law is a very grey area, each year there are hundreds and thousands of new lawsuits, increasingly these suits are concerning disputes about online law, some of the problems are that people use form fitting one size fits all legal statements that are not intended to be copied. </p>
<p>If you are doing this stop&#8230;</p>
<p>You may not realize that you are setting yourself up for a real problem.</p>
<p>Recently there was a company that was going around selling a one size fits all legal statement for websites, this company is now out of business because they got sued for violating state and federal laws governing the UCC. </p>
<p>Do not put yourself into that category by copy pasting legal statements onto your website, it is a huge mistake and can cost you in fees and lawsuits that are just not needed.</p>
