These days, we have to wonder with the news coverage the way it is, 24 hours of coverage, same story repeated over and over again, over and over, same thing, It makes you want to turn the TV off and just do something else.

In the balloon boy case, we saw that sometimes the media is actually pulling the strings.

Now that sounds like insanity, right and it is.

Just like in the case where the media influences the outcome of an election or in the case where the media influences only for one side or the other, it can be wrong, however, when you have more than one side in any given situation then you have to realize that the media should in fact be subject to some regulation.

However, that being said, we need the media to report the truth even if sometimes they get it wrong.

Because if not for the media would we not be subject to the tyranny of small men?

We may not always agree with the way the media reports, some for liberals some for conservative but we need them and if we do not watch very carefully and defend the constitution of the United States of America then eventually we will be lost in a country that belongs to everyone but us.

Over the last few years, it has become popular to provide a cornucopia of different restrictive license agreements, these terms of use, tend to represent only one side of the agreement and that this the provider side of the agreement.

In reality there are always two sides to every agreement and by law consumers have a right to be represented in a contract or agreement.

However most of the time these agreements are made up by lawyers who represent only one side and that is the provider side of the agreement, leaving the consumer out of the equation.

Consumers or buyers have rights yet for the most part these restrictive license agreements do not acknowledge consumer rights at all, this is a problem because of how these agreements tend to bend and then break the law of the land.

There has been a steadily growing number of companies that are moving to these restrictive license agreements, to the point that these license agreements have begun to impinge on the rights of buyers, some of these agreements even state that the buyer has no rights.

Which makes the agreement null and void, from a legal standpoint, it is like saying that you no rights when you agree to some of these agreements, some even state that you have to pay a fee, and then you can not use the product for which you have purchased.

When you deny the rights of buyers in an agreement then the agreement is of no value.

In one example a service provider that sells access to files, has such a restrictive license system that the buyer often becomes so confused and lost that the buyer just gives up and goes to another venue where they have a friendly licensing system, at least that is what is happening in many of these cases.

The funny thing is that these companies stand around wondering why their sales go down and wondering what they can do to get their sales back up again, yet they have no idea what the problem is, so how can you communicate the problems you have with a company that has overly reaching restrictions concerning license files.

Simple just stop buying from them, stop spending money and let them know why you are no longer a customer.

It is a fact that 80 percent of customers do not report why they stop being a customer of a business, so if the company does not realize why you are no longer buying from them how will they ever correct their bad behavior?

The truth is that for the most part down the road you can find another vendor that can offer you the same service without all the over restrictive license terms.

So the best advise you can get and take is to actually read the fine print, always know what you are agreeing to when you buy a product online.

Recently we have all seen some very unfortunate events regarding some types of traffic stops that

went horribly wrong, for both the officer and the person that was stopped.

Most recently the problem with officers that have lost control of the situation, some would like to

blame the person that is getting stopped or arrested as the case may be however, in the end this is

the responsibility of the officer, in these instances to make certain that full control of the situation is

maintained at all times.

now I dont want to point any fingers but it seems very likely that in every single

case these situations are and were preventable.

Please note that in no case should this be taken as a license to resist the

instructions from an officer of the law.

Officers can also learn something here, and that is in the heat of the moment they can just

let go, why not after all, I mean as an officer you know who the perp is, you have a solid video identification.

so in reality, the entire situation is

Preventable, and preventable means that it did not have to happen in the exact way it went down.

So what can be done in these situations to reduce the amount of violence and damage to the relationships between the public and the police?

The first issue here is that once a stop takes place the officer has a choice if the situation looks like it is going to get out of his or her control, then they need to call backup, if backup cannot arrive in time, and the
subject leaves or attempts to leave the scene then you can choose to pursue the subject and wait until backup arrives.

The officer can follow at a safe distance, until an arrest can be accomplished safely.

This idea that an arrest has to take place during a routine traffic stop no matter what the cost has to go because this is just not true, most recently we have the example where four police lost their lives because of this type of issue.

It is easy to sit back and call the game from the arm chair, but imagine for a moment what would have happened, if they had chosen to just let it go, and go back to the guys house later after all the heat of the moment had passed.

That situation as bad as it was, Was preventable, it could have been prevented by showing a little more control, after all you do not have to make an arrest during a traffic stop, the end result here is that better training is needed and we hope that

this training will become the standard rather than the exception.

Many people are saying that the GM gangrupcty, no definition needed, on that one, so what we are seeing is that many dealers are calling for an investigation on dealers that were chosen to be closed down.

Many are saying that there were special considerations involved.

If you lost your job because of this fiasco, contact a lawer because you may have a case against GM and the GOV.

Many are saying that the process was biased and that the bankruptcy is flawed that federal laws have been broken.

Special prosecutors are flying in right now as we speak, because this is going to be the biggest scandal of all time.
