Insanity, that is what many people think about the lawsuit of the federal government going against the Constitution, this is truly states rights vs the tenth amendment, what side will you come down on?
I know a fair few people that were going to donate to help the people, but had concerns about if their donations would actually reach the people in need, that is a valid question, mostly because of what we see happening to the church people over there.
So Haiti filed charges, against a representative group of people that donated some 706 million dollars.
To me that is biting the hand that feeds it… Really stupid….
I know many people that have said they no longer are interested in donating any longer as long as those church people are being charged with kidnapping… They do not care about the political regime… They do not care about the apparent lack of support from our weak government…
They are concerned with the way that americans are being treated in that country.
It is a shame because of all the actual needs going on over there, but if the government is going to be anti american…
At the apparent and alleged permission of the state department…. (think about that for a moment..)))
Then you have a real problem over there one that is alleged to have created a bottleneck in supplies that cannot even get to the people it is meant to help…
This is a real shame on the people involved… Now those church people will have to spend millions defending themselves…

Perhaps you have seen these commercials, showing an elderly person, very happy to have received their power “chaur” free from the insurance company but the reality of this often is a very sad situation where the elderly and disabled are taken advantage of by slick advertising and fast talking sales people, and in some cases even doctors that recently have been charged in federal related court cases.
There are several open cases that relate to this same issue
I know of one disabled elderly woman who ended up owing more than 2500.oo to one of these companies you know where they say, if we approve you and your claim is denied its free.
Well, allegedly that is far from the truth and allegedly these people prey on the elderly if you have a loved one that has been taken advantage of by these very miss leading commercials then please contact an attorney, because this is a terrible and evil method of taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled.

Well perhaps it is for them, but what about the average american, there are still over 5 million people out of work, it really seems like a difficult, thing to imagine, with so many people out of work and what is going to happen in the long run.
Did they forget all about main street america?
If you are still having problems and just dont know where to turn, bankruptcy may be an option that you have to consider, of course as everyone will tell you it is a thing of last resort, and that would be the truth but if you have tried everything to get relief and you just cant find a way out then bankruptcy is what you need.
There are rumors flying hot and heavy concerning UPS these days, concerning alleged business practices that are allegedly questionable, the suit concerning mail boxes ect, and the UPS stores was and still remains a serious problem, with all the alleged bad press associated with insurance claims that are allegedly not being paid leaving the UPS Stores holding the bag while UPS allegedly collects for insurance and the UPS stores find them selves being responsible for alleged problems that are created by UPS, allegedly.
This is very concerning to those people who use UPS and depend on UPS because of the alleged commercials that are broadcast so very often on many of the larger cable networks touting the alleged greatness of UPS.
Is this truth in advertising? OR could there be something darker at work here?
There are numerous alleged complaints, just google UPS complaints and see what shows up it is allegedly disturbing.
This leaves many people wondering how much the big brown giant will spent on its next PR campaign so they can look good in the eyes of the public, the amount of money spent on this is staggering, yet they allegedly fain at insurance claims?
You just have to laugh at that…
Many people are saying that the GM gangrupcty, no definition needed, on that one, so what we are seeing is that many dealers are calling for an investigation on dealers that were chosen to be closed down.
Many are saying that there were special considerations involved.
If you lost your job because of this fiasco, contact a lawer because you may have a case against GM and the GOV.
Many are saying that the process was biased and that the bankruptcy is flawed that federal laws have been broken.
Special prosecutors are flying in right now as we speak, because this is going to be the biggest scandal of all time.
