Over the last few months Google has been quietly and allegedly terminating accounts, suspending ad words accounts, and doing so in a way that might actually be illegal?

Who would do something like that more so if your a company that says do no evil?

One thing may be about to change and it is something that you should be very aware about.

In so many ways, big corporate business is strangling the life out of the internet.

They are forcefully creating a situation where only large companies with more money to spend on advertising can be successful.

This is wrong…

When only large corporations are afforded the ability to advertise and the regular public as well as small business (mom and pop) business are excluded this is wrong.

In so many ways, allegedly google has done more evil than anyone even realizes, (allegedly)

You saw evidence submitted that was not even scientifically sound, (an electronic sniffer gadget) which is based on some pretty shaky, scientific ground, it has been used effectively for detecting criminal actions, like the presence of carbon based substances, however, the way it was used here, not good, not accurate, and most of all, probably not a good fit for the case.

Then you look at the State of Florida, they could have got Casey Anthony for Manslaughter, she would still be in jail and likely for a long time, 5 six years or so, but they wanted to put her to death, the problem was that they also had no direct evidence linking her to a crime.

They did not have any evidence that showed the infant died in any particular way, accidentally or otherwise, they could not really say one way or the other, oh they tried, to say it was on purpose, but that was just not believable, because in cases that involve a first person murder of a child, it is almost always a man that is the person responsible, statistics, prove this out, time and time again, (allegedly) yet the media including bill orielly wanted to see a conviction and likely a televised, (allegedly) event, of an execution, but that really was never going to happen because again, you cant go around putting people to death without any direct evidence of a crime.

So, the state of Florida ended up spending huge amounts of money, on this trial, they ended up with nothing but lying to officers, (debatable, because she allegedly was never handled properly by investigators, another black mark on the state of Florida) you would think that the state would be happy to be done with this circus of a trial, and the ignorant methods that law enforcement attempted to prove a case that they could never prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Yet, now a judge, (and can I say this guy is not really judicial at all) (allegedly)

Wants her to come back to the state of Florida and serve a one year probation where the state of Florida will likely have to pay well over 150,000.00 for security to make sure that this probationer is not murdered in the state of Florida while serving a petty probation sentence, really, that is just laughable, what kind of judges do they have in Florida anyway.

Home of the swinging chad among other things, considering the tourism aspect of this situation you might thing the state would be well rid of such a case and its ugly reminder of how stupid the state was in its over zealous prosecution, (again allegedly)

I just find this truly a fantasists dream come true, I hope they can keep her safe, because if they do not keep her safe, then before they can have a funeral, the Antonies, will file a multi million dollar suit against the state of florida the judge, and anyone else that might be blamed for their daughters death never mind that she might be a slut, or what ever, (allegedlly,) got to be fair right, )

Because if some wacko, gets to her, and just manages, to assault her, the State of Florida will be responsible for millions in damages, why?

Simple, it was preventable, they did not have to do this, they could have just come in and let it go, (dumb judge or not) because lets face it before this that judge never saw so many cameras pointed at him and likely he liked it, (allegedly)

this is not going to end well mark my words here, the state of Flordia, (tax payers, if you please) are going to have to foot the bill for this deal, better to just let it go…

Yes, I know its insane, but is the city really all about this kind of thing, would this have even gone to court if she was not who she was?

Think about that, if say some spoiled rich kid got caught and said hey my dad will take care of you please dont call the coppers, they likely would have said you know what this is actually a $3500.00 necklace, and that would have been the end of it.

But no, that is not what happened, what happened was that the shop made money and made a choice to do what they did because allegedly they knew they could sell the video, that my friends is a crime, now of course Lindsay should be punished, but not above that any other person would have been punished in the same position, this is quickly becoming a serious problem.

Just kidding, the thing here is just a little stupid, when you have a justice system that is in the red financially this is the kind of case that should not have been filed in the first place, it is time for some reform in that county and likely a new election soon.

One of the things that seems to be of serious interest is that many Americans are having to cut back, you know not eating out as much, perhaps not going on vacation, this year, since well money is just not what it used to be, but is it accurate to say that unions are evil?

In so many ways, the legal system is just not working the way it should be working.

Should the Judge make statements that indicate that he has already made up his mind before the case has begun?

While it might be tempting to pile on and condemn Lindsey for her bad behavior, are there not thousands of other young women who have very nearly the same problems, minus the fame and money and perhaps looks, opps, well yes it is hard to compare her to other girls, but the behavior in many ways is identical, human nature rarely changes because of how one might look.

The question is not if she deserves to be punished for her alleged bad behavior but if she is being treated differently because of her fame and because of who she is. This is a problem because if she is being made an example for other famous people, then she is not being treated fairly.

Granted, she needs to grow up and act like an adult, but that is not something that society can control, just like you cannot tell a lion or a bear how to behave, they will do what they want, regardless of how you feel about it, still she is a woman and no longer the cute little girl she once was, and hopefully she will find a way to overcome her self destructive behavior.

Naturally it is easier to say it than to do it, but I can tell you one thing for sure, if she is able to survive and to adapt to this world, and if she is able to find that path that will help her to find true happiness without the need to engage in all this destructive behavior, then perhaps she will at some point just “wake up” some day and realize that living life the way she has been living it is just not making her happy.

There are other ways and other days, most of the time the true problem is that once you have had all the media attention and the very Un real lifestyle of the rich and infamous, or is that famous, well anyway you get it, right, once you have had all that it is hard to find yourself sitting in a court being talked down to by a bald older man whom you could likely by and sell ten times over, but does that really help?

Being a bureaucrat that threatens to do bad things to you because of who you are, well that is just plain wrong, even if she is also wrong, two wrongs do not make a right and you cannot force someone to do or to behave the way that you think they should behave just as no amount of talking can change what is happening in Egypt right now.. They will do what they want to do, if that means going home and sleeping in a real bed, then that is what they will do.

The problem is that they do not show that person when they do not have a phone number to call or that they do not really have a lawyer to call, it may be hard to believe but you cannot just call someone up and expect them to be your lawyer at a moments notice.

If you wait until you need a lawyer before you look for one, you are in bad shape.

You never know when you going to need a good attorney, so why wait, until you do not have the time to find a good one, once you wait too long, you have little choice but to take what you can get.

Finding a good lawyer is not easy, in fact for the most part, most (not all) lawyers are in it for just the money, if the lawyer does not think that your case will make them enough money most of them do not care, sorry if that sounds offensive, but too often that is exactly the case.

In one interview a client once stated that a certain lawyer in town was asked about a case involving injury to the whole body, and the lawyer replied, that he did not think much about the case, sorry go find someone who cares, not the actual words, but that was what it sounded like to the client.

Some years later after a full judgment and life time award had been received, the Lawyer, that had dismissed the case as a non winner, was asked about the result and the reply was win some loose some.

Perhaps that is the mentality of some lawyers, but that is not what you would want if you are depending on someone to help you, finding that one good lawyer out of one thousand mediocre lawyers is something that is very difficult to do.

Make sure you develop a system of finding that one in a thousand because your life your very existence could depend on if that guy or girl is really good or if they are just going through the motions.

Are you sure that your doing the right thing by trusting in someone that has likely and allegedly going to kill someone in the course of their jobs?

Are doctors subjective and allegedly unfair toward female patients when reporting incidence of pain and injury involving breast implants?

This issue is just the tip of a very large legal ice burg one that has been ignored and marginalized for years by many people, allegedly because it involves money and products of a large corporation.

Attention, if you have had implants and you have had pain, capsules, hardening, swelling of the lymph nodes, unexplained coughing, sickness and other issues since a rupture of your implant or implants, then please let us know we would like to hear from you.

Folks this could be just the tip of the iceburg after an interview with an effected patient, (who will remain anonymous,) I have learned that there are many associated issues with implants leaking and causing many different issues in regard to health.

More important is that many women believe (allegedly) that this is the price they have to pay for choosing to make the decisions they made.

It is very concerning that the FDA could have missed the main issue here in favor of a misnomer.

In a report allegedly 60 different cases of a rare, (if you believe them) cancer, that could effect some women with breast implants.

There are a number of troubling aspects about this story, for one it does not address the very private nature of this issue.

Many women are very private about their medical status including anything related to the preconceived notions about female enhancements or plastic surgery. It is really understandable, they should have that level of privacy however, the problem with this report is that it does not take into account that many women may not report issues that could significantly change their privacy concerns.

So, is it accurate to say that this type of cancer is really rare or is it more accurate to say that so far this is rare.

Reading this report it seems to be allegedly clear that the FDA does not know much about this issue and should be looking into this thing very soon.

So what is going on here, we have Washington that is fighting its own people by attempting to force them to do something they do not want to do, sure its for their own good, but where does it stop.

I want to know, where do you draw the line.

What about sugar, there are millions of diabetics, that are not allowed to have sugar but they do it anyway and sometimes they end up in the hospital, you know that costs a lot of money so since there are millions of people out there that do not know they are diabetic, then why not force the people to stop drinking soft drinks with sugar in them this way we can make sure that no one ever get sick and goes to the hospital ever again.

What about forcing them to stop reading a certain book?

What about offending someone, it might be a hate crime, lets just make it illegal to offend anyone.

What about, home owners insurance.

You know that they can force you to have car insurance now, and there are so many fires in a year where they either did not have insurance or they got behind on the payments, why not force them.

Kind of sounds like rape does it not?

That is what this is, forcing a people to do something that is against their will is not constitutional.

So we have now bi-partisan law, where one judge rules one way, and yet another judge rules still another way, based on how they feel.

Is that the law you studied?

Is that the hope and change you voted for?

I want to know because, if you voted to loose your freedom to choose then sadly someday someone will come along and remove your freedom to vote, want to guess what your life will be like then?

I am ashamed of Washington DC, and Congress, we do not live in a country where people are forced to do anything because a third party or special interest believes it is in their best interest.

America is not a country where its people will be forced to do things against their will.

Yet, we have Washington right now, they are appealing, a decision that is 100 percent correct, in the constitution, you cannot force a people who are free to buy insurance from specially designed “exchanges” that are run by special interests, such as some unions, this is not constitutional.

Health care is reform is one thing but this is just thinly disguised graft and corruption run by unions.

It is wrong and the people do not want it.

Getting money now may seem like a good deal but later when you may get substantially less than what you hoped to get often you end up regretting the money you have to pay back, so make sure you know the facts and make sure that you really need the money at that time.
