Tort reform?

Is google about to make a huge mistake?

Over the last few months Google has been quietly and allegedly terminating accounts, suspending ad words accounts, and doing so in a way that might actually be illegal?

Who would do something like that more so if your a company that says do no evil?

One thing may be about to change and it is something that you should be very aware about.

In so many ways, big corporate business is strangling the life out of the internet.

They are forcefully creating a situation where only large companies with more money to spend on advertising can be successful.

This is wrong…

When only large corporations are afforded the ability to advertise and the regular public as well as small business (mom and pop) business are excluded this is wrong.

In so many ways, allegedly google has done more evil than anyone even realizes, (allegedly)

Tort reform the new face of the party…

What do you think about the issue of tort reform?

do you think we will see real tort reform or not,

Over this next judicial season, we are sure to see some history making case law coming forward for consideration both to the supreme court and in other litigation, tort reform is certainly part of that sensational history history in the making, even the most jaded of professionals cannot help but admit that tort reform is needed, however, the main issue is how to reform in a fair way?

In one way, large companies, can how weigh the law of averages against, doing the right thing, they can decide to let a failure continue knowing that they will not have to pay the price through litigation.

This is certainly a problem that should be considered even more so is the very real effect of frivolous law suits on this industry.

So punishment should be commensurate with the offense, as well as the ability of the offending party to provide a remedy…

Knowing there are two extremes here and finding the right balance between those two extremes will be the true test.

Tort reform is this the end of the big payday?

For many tort reform could spell the end of an era of collecting big paychecks and lobbyists are fighting back as hard as they can, some say that this would create the opportunity for large corporations to just do what ever they like and the end user or the victim depending on how you look at it, ends up paying the price.

I can see both sides of this issue, there really should be punishment for large companies that just roll over the little guy on a regular basis simply because it is cheaper to pay the small percentage of lawsuits than it is to pay the larger claims process.

But in reality, if they were to practice a better methodology, would they not experience a lower cost of operation in the long run?  The idea that you should just calculate the value of a human life and just wait until the cost becomes too high too take action.

why health care reform without tort reform is madness

Health care reform is all over the news, these days, there seems to be little else to talk about even with all the hype this is an explosive topic, the truth is that if medicare is rationed care, not only will thousands of americans die waiting for treatment but thousands more americans will suffer waiting for what they should be getting, because delayed health care is a crisis.

We have to wonder what these democrats are thinking will nancy P, be on the public health care plan?

Can you say a big fat NO.

The truth of this terrible plan is that if Ted Kennedy were on the public health care plan he would have died months ago, while this is a dramatic thing it is also a true thing, If Ted Kennedy were a normal american he would have been sent home to die.

As long as we have a double standard in this country how can we have true health care reform?

Question if we allow the white house to take over health care, will they (those that live in washing DC and are in congress, will have much better health care than you will)

The answer is no, they are going to have their health care program and we will have our health care program, because they do not care about us, they do not care if we live or die, as long as they can tax us they dont care.
